2 The Kings – Alex Fury’s Origin

First Page—

"Amazing! The lab we're in is floating above the sky, over the clouds too!" Alex was amazed by seeing where they are.

(Dr. Inuim is smiling at how Alex is amazed looking at the big window that shows where they are)

"Where are we exactly, Doctor?" Alex asked him as he is doting at the big window.

"We're floating above the South Outskirts of Lanima Region, above the clouds specifically since we need to hide the lab from the other nations of the Lanima Region, there are many labs that are eying for what we have, hence why we need to hide from them," Dr. Inuim said, answering Alex's question as he went next to him.

"They need to hide from nations of the Lanima Region? Did something happen while I was gone?" Alex quickly shifted his mood after hearing Dr. Inuim's answer.

"What even happened in 3 years I was out in the Lanima Region?" Alex asked him, looking at him.

"I think it's better if you find out for yourself once you got there, for now, let's finish your training and you can now leave once we've determined you've recovered, though you've already are that will be for tomorrow. But get some rest tonight so that you can get out now," Dr. Inuim said.

(Alex then rested in his room, which was changed to better his accommodation in the laboratory, Alex was surprised about that. Dr. Inuim headed to his room as well, though, unlike Alex who just slept for the night, Dr. Inuim stayed up all night to work and just had 3 hours of sleep)

(The next day arrived after Alex slept for 6 hours, he then did another sparring training with the robot training dummy for 6 hours while the scientists and Dr. Inuim are doing some analysis about Alex's new body)

"Mr. Hugo, we've already done all the possible tests with physical training, we will be doing some research in our offices, once we're done, we will do different tests for this, you will need to end your sparring," Dr. Inuim said, they then left the training fields to go to their offices to research on their analysis on Alex.

"Okay," Alex said, wiping out his sweats.

"I know that I have a lot of stamina, but I don't know how much sweat I have since I'm just drinking water every 30 minutes and I've been sweating endlessly," Alex thought.

(Alex then continued the sparring with the robot training dummy. But in the middle of their fighting)

"Do you not get tired or something? Engine overloading or something," Alex asked the robot while they were sparring.

"I do not, Mr.Hugo. If you're asking me a question, I am asking you a question, your fighting style is inconsistent, it goes to Kung-fu's Wing Chun, Karate's Shotokan, Taekwondo's World Taekwondo's Federation, and Muay Thai's Muay Femur, I know those are the fighting-styles that Dr. Inuim has implanted to your head, do you have your own fighting-style? What is it?" The robot asked as he charges forward at Alex.

"I do, how about you see it for yourself?" Alex said, asking the robot.

Second Page—

(Alex then showed the robot training dummy his fighting style)

"I guess I was trying all of the fighting styles I got from Dr. Inuim and I haven't shown my original fighting style, the one that my mother taught me," Alex thought.

(Alex didn't just dodge the robot's right jab, he chopped his forearm with his left hand and chopped his biceps with his right hand, and he then smacked the robot's right head with his left hand. The robot then left hooked Alex, but Alex dodged and went down, Alex then left claw punched the robot in his belly, he then rose and pushed the robot's right arm away and then left chopped the robot's left face)

The reason why Alex does some unnecessary chops and hits at the robot training dummy is that the robot has a lot of sensors inside, to analyze Alex's fighting abilities.

The robot is also programmed to be conditioned by Alex's attacks, if the robot's biceps are hit, its punches will be weakened significantly, depending on how hard Alex hits it.

(The robot then right side kicked Alex back but Alex swiped it to the right with his right arm)

"So far, my mother's martial arts isn't affected after I got a buff, in fact, my reactions and speed increased, and it seems that the robot is feeling the effect of my body's new strength in my mother's martial arts," Alex thought.

(The robot training dummy left jabs, Alex, in his face, and Alex just swiped it down but kept it in their abdomen level, the robot then followed it with a right jab on Alex's face, but Alex just swiped it down to their chest level. Alex then left chops the robot's right face after swiping his right arm down, he then followed it up with a chop to his liver area)

(The robot then tried to move back afterward, but Alex kept his arms close to him. When the robot tries to move his arms down, Alex grabs them, facing the two of them, when the robot tries to move his arms to the back, away from Alex, Alex just held them with just his forearms)

(Alex then hits the robot's belly and when the robot moved his arm back, Alex gave it momentum by chopping its two biceps, when the robot was pushed back, Alex went crazy with chopping and claw punching the robot training dummy, hitting its chest, its belly, its face, and two of its arms, Alex also slid in some kicks on the robot's legs)

(The robot then tried to block Alex's flurry of attacks but because Alex is switching from hitting his head and his body, the robot is still getting slowly pushed back)

"I should end it, I don't want to strain the robot, I used this for self-defense before and it is overpowered,"

The martial arts of Alex's mother, depending on the practitioner's strength, creates a waveform following the hands of the practitioner while performing the martial arts of Alex's mother until the practitioner closed his fist or locked the waveform that follows the practitioner's hands, the fist will absorb all the waveform, turning the waveform into an additional power, the amount of power depends on the length of the waveform.

(Alex then closed his fist, absorbing all of the waveforms he can't see himself, the robot training dummy was launched to the wall, almost breaking the whole wall of the lab)

Third page—

"What happened?!" Alex was surprised about what he had just done.

"Is this a part of the things that Dr. Inuim gave me? That's so strong," Alex asked the robot.

(Dr. Inuim and the rest of the doctors went back to the area where Alex is sparring with the robot.

"What happened, Mr. Hugo?" Dr. Inuim asked him while he is assessing the robot training dummy's memories.

"What did Alex do to cause that much impact?" Dr. Inuim asked as he checked the previous hits from Alex that were in the robot's memories, checking the cause of Alex's punch.

"I just used the martial arts that my mother taught me my whole life before she passed away," Alex said, heading to the robot to check its status.

"Mr. Hugo, don't worry about the robot training dummy, we always fix him after its use, it won't be destroyed just like that," one of the doctors said to Alex on the intercom.

"Okay," Alex said, trying to pull out the robot from the wall.

"I will need to analyze what Alex just did to cause that impact, it will be very beneficial if we're able to gather information about his mother's martial arts, it seems to be strong." Dr. Inuim looks over at the analysis.

(After the analysis was done, Alex pulled out the robot that was stuck on the wall, Dr. Inuim saw the name of the martial arts that Alex's mother taught him)

"Ark style? No. This isn't true." Dr. Inuim was in denial after seeing this since he recognizes the martial arts that are recorded by the robot from its eyes.

The Brains of the Laboratory's computer also scans the brains of the scientists that are officially working in the lab, that includes Mr. Scope, the smartest man in Lanima Region.

(Dr. Inuim then changed the name of this martial arts into Alex style, before the other scientists saw this name. He recognizes the Hugo style from where Dr. Inuim came from)

"We have no data about the martial arts that your mother taught you, Mr. Hugo, we will be labeling this as Hugo style to determine it as your family's martial arts. Can you show us this martial art?" Dr. Inuim said, asking Alex.

"Sure," Alex said.

(Alex showed Dr. Inuim and the other scientists the martial arts of Alex's mother and after they were done, they did an even more detailed analysis and research in their office)

(After the night arrived, Alex stayed in the giant window area of the lab to relax)

"I don't know if I can sleep here, I can just watch here forever," Alex thought.

"If this is the lab's technology or not, it's still beautiful," Alex said to himself.

(Dr. Inuim entered the giant window area as Alex said that)

Fourth page—

"It is technically a technology, without this, transparent wall wouldn't exist." Dr. Inuim snickered, "that sounds stupid, so! Do you like this room?" He asked Alex.

"I guess so, if I go back to Dotun City, I will probably buy all the remaining money I have for a room like this. I don't know why I didn't think of this before," Alex said, sitting down from his lying down form.

"You can probably do that, you have a lot of money in your bank account, your credibility in the Scope Bank is so high, and you getting retired in Scope Enterprise for not working for 3 years—receiving a retirement salary, you can make a retirement house that can last you into 10 years," Dr. Inuim said, looking over at the giant window.

"Right, after not showing up for 3 years, I will definitely be fired," Alex thought.

"You don't have to call it retirement, Dr. Inuim, I know I'm fired for not working 3 years straight," Alex said to the doctor.

"Mr. Scope specifically told your branch to retire you, not be fired, so you don't have to worry, Mr. Hugo," Dr. Inuim said, smiling at him.

"That's considerate, I will have to thank Mr. Scope if I get a chance, I haven't even met him, how is he, doctor?" Alex said, asking Dr. Inuim.

"He's very smart, but he's arrogant about his ideas for the Lanima Region, especially if it's for the Dotun City, he's not just persistent, but also his arrogance increase tenfold, it's actually scary since I was by his side once," Dr. Inuim said, answering Alex's question.

While they were talking in the giant window area, an unexpected visitor arrived.

(An invisible jet then went in front of the giant window area)

"My danger senses is itching, where is it?" Alex thought as he stand up.

"Alex? What's wrong?" Dr. Inuim asked him as he gets wary.

"The time that explosion happens—though I know it's a missile, my danger sensed it before it is coming. But I was vein back then, now, doctor, I can't just ignore this," Alex said, answering Dr. Inuim.

(Dr. Inuim then checked his tablet)

"There are a lot of red dots on the lab's sensor," Dr. Inuim thought after checking the detector app on his tablet.

"I'm picking up a lot of transmissions but they're not even ringing," Dr. Inuim said.

"We need to go," Alex said after his danger senses snapped.

(The jet then appeared in front of them, and it then shoots a missile at them, Alex recognized the missile in just the split second of him seeing it, destroying the giant window. He dashed towards Dr. Inuim to block for him but the jet shoots them with bullets)

Fifth page—

"Live bullets!?" Alex shouted, asking after taking the bullet.

(As Alex is getting shot, he tried to move Dr. Inuim away)

In the Lanima Region, live bullets are illegal now, laser guns that are quicker than live bullets and battery-type ammo are now the new and standard weapons for the cops, police, and officers to use. Live bullets are now the same level of crime as illegal drugs.

"It seems like round bullets too, thank God that my body can heal quickly after learning about it from the tests that doctor did," Alex thought.

"You need to get out of here, doctor!" Alex shouted.

"Let's go, you need to come with us," Dr. Inuim said.

"No, I'll slow them down, you can't take on these people!" Alex shouted.

"No! You are our important subject! We are not as important as you, you have to get out of here if we're getting attacked, we need you to go to the evacuation pod," Dr. Inuim said, getting angry from worrying for Alex.

(The jet then shoots another missile at them, throwing them away from the exit of the giant window room)

(Someone from the jet then jumped to the laboratory and faced Dr. Inuim)

"NOT ONLY DID YOU REVIVE THE DESCENDANT—WHICH IS NOT THAT MUCH OF A PROBLEM FOR US. BUT ALSO ENHANCE AND EMPOWER HIS ABILITIES, PUNISHABLE BY DEATH!" The person took out a flintlock pistol, aiming at Dr. Inuim.

"What the fvck is he talking about!? No!" Alex was shocked to hear what the person said to Dr. Inuim.

(Alex dashed in front of the person, raising his hand, shooting his pistol at the ceiling)

"YOU WILL BE DEALT WITH AFTER I'M DONE WITH THE DOCTOR," the person said.

"That's for me to decide, you're killing the one that saved me, I will stop you there and you will have to deal with me first," Alex said, angrily staring at the person.

"SO BE IT." The person then aimed his pistol at Alex's stomach and shot him.

"Ahh!!" Alex shouted.

(The being then left punched Alex down to the ground with just one hit, he then stepped on him, locking his right arm, and aimed his pistol at Alex's head as he is on the side because Alex's hair is long, the being can't see Alex's robot right face, the being just aimed it carelessly)

(When the being shot his pistol, Alex maneuvered his head to block the bullet with his right face and recoiled the bullet, Alex then pushed the beings foot away and then right bolases and right chopped his leg, he then kicked the being to push him away)

(The being then aims his flintlock pistol at Alex again)

Sixth page—

"His pistol has infinite bullets!?" Alex thought, surprised after seeing him aim his pistol at Alex.

(Alex then started the waveform of his hands while maneuvering around to dodge his aim, Alex then started attacking the being with his martial arts, even though the being is confused and questioning how Alex can attack him continuously and he's unable to attack back)

(He was able to maneuver to a place where he can lock his fist and end his martial arts waveform to shove him back to his jet, also destroying his jet)

"I can't let him go with that after recognizing the missile they used at this lab, it's the same missile that almost killed me, no, it killed me, thanks to the doctor that I'm alive. Wait, doctor!" Alex then rushed to the doctor.

"Doctor!" Alex called as he went to his side.

(Dr. Inuim was checking his tablet as he is sitting down on the ground)

"You need to get out of here, there are more jets around the lab, that are all ringing like the one you destroyed, and…" Dr. Inuim said, showing the deep wound on his stomach from the glass window.

"Oh, no." Alex was worried.

"You need to be treated before you bleed to death," Alex said.

"I can't convince him verbally, I have to get him out of here forcefully," Dr. Inuim thought.

"Our antidotes are in the room over there," Dr. Inuim said, pointing at the right door.

(Alex went to the door to check the antidote there, Dr. Inuim then sent a lot of files from Alex's right head, and when Alex opened the door, the robot training dummy was there)

"Push him out of the lab." Dr. Inuim ordered the robot.

(The robot training dummy started pushing Alex)

"Doctor!" Alex shouted.

"I can't push this robot! Why?! Is this made to stop me?!" Alex shouted.

Alex wanted to return the favor to Dr. Inuim, but all he did was bring danger to their lab.

(Alex was then pushed out of the lab, he fell out of the sky since the lab is floating over the sky, he watches the lab getting destroyed by the jets that attacked)

"I will avenge you, doctor, one day!" Alex thought.

(He then landed on the ground)
