04 Show Me the Money

After receiving the special bonus (cheat) for this Jimi character from legendary person (first recharge reward), I leave the old temple immediately and pick my next destination, to the town. In the game, there are few places that the character can move to - Home residence (my house and it's area), old temple (recharge bonus), town, school, tournament venue (football match) and public football field (training with kids). That's why, it feel weird as I cycle to the town, I can see the scenery that didn't exist in the game. It's more like, I am in the real world - of course duh! My journey to the only town in this state where I live just because I need to redeem another privilege (cheat) of this character. You know right what I aiming after this, just refer to the title.

While taking time moving forward to the next destination, let me explain a bit about this world. This world, called Hana (the planet size and maps just as same as our Earth) have the modern timeline setting, with a few difference than our universe. There are 5 continents, the map and size just like Earth but different names - the biggest one is Esia, followed by Merika, Auropa. Efrik, and Eustora. The country that I living right now, Sakura, basically 'Japan' country in the real world but not the same existence. Rather, the Sakura nation and all country existed in this world rule by Emperor or King, not by politicians like our real life. Each country have few state that have their own specific rulers. The state rules by the big families, act like the feudal lords, but there actually a special state authorities that hired by the big families to help them and the one who hold the real power in state administration. The big families only have power to hire or sack the officers, so the big families existence actually important to the country. As example, Amamiya Ayase, the main and only heroin in this game, came from the Amamiya family, which rule the state that I living at - basically mean that she actually kind of princess with big status. No wonder she so hard to get!

The King or Emperor of one nation will pick one of the big families as their advisor or consulate in order to form a main government for the country. So no vote or elections needed to form the government. By the way, unlike the Earth that have more that 160 countries around the world, here, we only have 128 countries. Some small country didn't exist in this game (the country name replaced with the national flower name) . The money currency of all country are same, using Pina for banknotes. This world far more advance in term of technologies, so we didn't use notes for transactions, but using special card to serve like debit card to pay. The cards are so advanced so there not need special devices to make transactions, but only a little touch from card to another to pay the bills. Moreover, the transportation department and all the energy supplies in this world based on eco-friendly and non-pollution source. The petroleum and the coal replaced by new alternative energy such as solar energy. This world are much different from ours as there exist a fantasy mineral, energidite, a special metal that produce energy with special device. It can generate electricity far more powerful than other conservative method. 1 kilogram of it can generate electricity for all city in the world for 1 year non-stop.

Amamiya clan become one of the five biggest and dominance clan because of this city main income source, the energidite mines, and the only one in the Sakura nation. Although having the most important resources, the Amamiya state still remain the traditional style the way of living, thus making the state look like humble and out of city zone lifestyles. That's also the reason why Amamiya main clan house is quite humble although it quite large and very traditional in architectural design. Amamiya Ayase sure a hell mode heroin to be captured by main character.

As for the time setting, in this world, every 1 week have 7 days, and in 1 month have 4 weeks. So, in 1 year, there are 48 weeks, equal to 338 days. The school calendar here start in second week of April for first semester, and having summer holiday in September (1 month). Second semester begin in 1 October and having two week holiday in 21 December until 7 January for winter and new year holiday. The second semester ended in 28 February before restarting the new session. The game timeline started in 1 March (Monday), a month for the main character preparing to take the special scholarship sport (football) examination that will be handle in the 1 April. In the game, the main character rarely failed as long as they used the time given to train some skill and techniques in football. I did failed once, because I'm focusing the learning (academic) abilities, in my third play.

Actually, all of the school around the world will doing the same examination for seeking the football talent just like MC school. Why? Because in the game, football is the most famous and loved by people in the world. The football count as the holy and sacred sport by the peoples around the world, as they so crazed about it. That's why, the only ball sport game that exist in this game world is football. Don't mention about baseball or basketball, even badminton and bowling didn't exist as the sport in this fantasy realms. Other than ball related games, another sports did exist and I, the main character need to get involved as the sport days event arc appeared in the game.

Every school will conducted the talent searching by doing the trial for students, before accepting the 15 chosen persons. The student that lucky enough to get picked will accepted by the high school without taking the admission exam. They even received 1000 Pina for a week as allowance. Yet, it's different matter with Kouyuu High School, the high ranked and prestige school around the nation. Although you receive the scholarship, you can get cancelled and kicked out from school if you failed in your academic examination, even once. Luckily there are only four subjects in examinations and your achievement depends on your stats. The passing grade is 40, so as the MC, I need to increase my education stats to avoid the worst possibilities. So, I need money to ensure that I won't get dropped out from school and get bad end in the game, or should I say, my new life now.

Yeah, I can see my first priority after reaching this town - the lottery booth. In the game, the player will learn this wonderful existence in this game by tutorial. The lottery style system is simple - you pay for you chosen stick (there is five of it) - then you money will be multiplied by the number that the sticks represent - 0.1, 1, 10, 100, 1000. In the first tutorial, you guaranteed to win x1000, but you can only buy 1 Pina in the tutorial. But, assuming my experience with Mr. Pielle, I pretty sure the situation are different from the game.

"Excuse me, can I play the lottery?" I asked the guy who standing in front the booth. The lottery booth only open in the first day of the month, and you can only buy once.

"Sure, how much you want to play?" He's smiling like businessman, happy with my inquiry.

"Let's see... Hmmm... How about 1000 Pina?" After checking my card balance which appear at it interface, I suggest the number. That actually same amount of weekly allowance that the main character received from unknown parent of his - the setting said that both of protagonist parent work at overseas and rarely (never) met him. Before going out from the house, I search my 'parent' picture, and they actually exist, but I feel unfamiliar with those people who in the picture.

".... Sure..." With small pause, that guy finally give his answer. He take my card and charge me with that amount, making my balance reached zero. Yet, I am very happy. Thank God, it's different than the game, while still following the game play. Why?

"I'll pick this...." In the first lottery event, you surely will win x1000 because there are special sign appear at the stick (a star mark).

"Kring... Kring...." "We have the winner! Congratulation!" That guy ring the bell, announcing my winning draw. I feel happy although I already know that. But, the people at lurking at the town didn't give any sh1# about my winning and acting like nothing happen, minding their own business. Hey, at least show some jealousy guys!

"Sir, your card please...." He asked my card to redeem the award. In that day, my money reaches 1 million Pina, the impossible amount that I can gathered even with 10 time playing this game. After the first lottery, you can play again for next turn, but the betting limit only 10 Pina for each lottery. Of course, it's easy to get x1000 draw by using save and load systems. If you failed, just load back you saved game, and draw until you win. That's the way I gathered my fund to buy the item for enhance my parameter stats.

"Here you card sir, have a nice day..."

"Thank.... you?" After receiving the card, I tried to express my appreciation but that guy and it's booth gone like the wind. Its almost like the scene ghost story or film. I speechless for the moment because of the shocked. After a while trying to processing the situation, I quickly checked my card if I'm just imagining or day dreaming about the sudden event, but the winning amount shown there on my card, bringing the smile to my face. I am a millionaire at this point! At this point, I didn't care that the guy is ghost or devil! I got money now to go shopping until I vomited!

In the town, actually the are five main place that originally I can visit based on the game. The first and my main priority right now is Football Sport Science Centre, the store that will eat most of my fund and one of the important place to leveling attribute and generating money. This place actually replaced the sport store that didn't exist in this town. The second place that been popular here is the bookstore followed by fashion store and supermarket. The last but not least, the maid agency, that provide you chance to hire a maid, depending on your budget, she will help and manage your lifestyle (foods and cleaning).

Actually, there are two more store that I can visit but I didn't tried to - the Construction Company and Amamiya FC main club office. Right now, I may afford to visit the construction company because I got money to upgrade my house, but rather, I got another more important thing that I should spend of. Maybe another time, when I generate more fund by lottery. Well, never once in my life, I manage to enter the Amamiya FC main club office due to being locked and only can be opened with special condition. I never once unlocked it even in my tenth play, reaching the real and best ending of the game. Nah, I don't think that is important for me right now. So, I leaving my bike at the parking space before walking heroically to another destination while thinking this sentence....

"Oh sh!#, here I go again!"
