Time goes on and Al spends his time walking around in the human world. He reminisced, reminiscing about the childhood he spent with his mother. It was a short time but he felt happy and warm too.
With a brown paper bag filled with a few slices of freshly baked bread, Al came out of the shop. He bought three bagels, two whole-grain loaves of bread, and one baguette. Then Al thought of something else he should buy.
"Looks like I'll be buying some fruit as well as some meat," he muttered.
Al then looked at the gravel road, "I should have visited her too," he thought, then left his place to go to another shop.
However, without him knowing, there was someone who continued to follow him. He could hear the sound of pebbles rubbing against each other as they were stepped on. Dimly, he also smelled a familiar odor, that doesn't come from a human.
