Chapter 2

Charlotte's pov:

I woke up by ringtone of my phone. Without opening my eyes I extended my hand towards the nightstand and picked it up.

"Hello!" I grumbled without glancing at the screen.

"Happy Birthday!" I jumped off my bed panicking and landed on floor with a loud thud.

"Argh! Thank you." I managed to say between the grunts.

"Oh my god! she fell." Said papa. "Again." My siblings sung in chorus.

"My god, Is she alright?" It was Momma. I heard laughter in the phone.

"She has unbreakable bond with the floor." It was my annoying brother. Argh, I hope I would be only one child of my parents.

Yes! I have siblings, both are younger than me. But, they don't leave any opportunity to annoy me. I have a brother, Rayn Walker and a sister, Chloe Walker.

"Look at her face, she didn't even opened her eyes. Dumb#ss" My eyes shot opened when I heard this. "Damn it!" I cursed under my breath and stood up. I heard mom scolding those brats for using unpleasant words.

I giggled at them. Damn it I didn't even noticed that it's a video call.

"What are your plans for your birthday?" My cousin asked ignoring the chaotic scene behind her. I didn't say anything but shrugged in response.

"You know, you can go to club as you are twenty one." She suggested.

"Hmm" I hummed rubbing my eyes and yawned earning a giggle from her

"Did you read that book?" She asked, I shook my head in response " No, not yet. I was busy lately with my assignments and exams." I said. She pursed her lips in thin line. She often does when she thinks about something serious.

I talked to them for a while. Then I got ready for the day.

As I walked into kitchen, my nose filled with delicious smell of pancake and omlette.

I took a chair as Ashton was putting plates on the table.

"Good morning Birthday girl." he greeted me.

"Good morning chef." I greeted back with smile.

Ashton and Ashley were the first who greeted me on my birthday. He made cake for me and snick into my room at twelve o'clock. I was scared to the death when he blast the music into my room of happ birthday. I woke up screaming, making him laugh his ass off. But, he wasn't alone. Ashley was also on the call laughing at me. Then, I cut the cake and we talked and laughed for a while before We went to the bed.

"You know I recorded your reaction of last night. It was epic." He started laughing.

"Shut up." I grumbled embarrassed.

"You literally touched the ceiling when you jumped..." he went on. I shake my head and finished my delicious breakfast.

After I dropped Ashton at his college I drove to mine. His College is in the way of mine.

As I reached the College, I saw my friends were waiting for me with wild lily in their hands. Yes, I have two friends, Jade and Sam.

"Happy Birthday, sexy." Both wished me in chorus. I don't know why they call me sexy. How could someone with height of five-four and baggy hoody be sexy.

"Today we are going to club to celebrate your birthday." Jade announced. She is daughter of most popular lawyer of the town and doesn't like listen 'no'.

Sam lives with her brother and grandmother. Her parents died in an accident when she was only five. She is a cold person, that's what people say.

But, I know she is soft and fragile from inside.

"Okay! But, hurry up otherwise we'll be late for the lacture." I said as we ran towards our class.

After college, we went mall for shopping. I called Ashton and told him about my plans he laughed and thanked them to take me to the club.

"What about this?" I turned around to Jade. My eyes went wide as I saw the dress in her hand. It was strapless lacy dress. Which only reached to my thighs. I shook my head, disagreed. She glared at me.

I looked at Sam for help. But felt betrayed when she smirked.

"Are you guys buy something for you?" I asked them.

"This is your birthday. And we have tons of clothes at home. You are the one only wear jeans and baggy Hoody." Jade said pointing at me.

"Hey! It's comfy and less revealing." I defended.

"Does your clothes reveal anything except these hands and your beautiful face?" Jade asked shaking my both hands with hers.

"I just don't want attention." I said truthfully

"That's why you are still single." Sam snorted making me gape at her.

"I'm waiting for a right guy." I fired back, "And today is the day you'll find the one." Jade said side hugging me. Today I'm going to do many sins. If I won't, these two devil's angels will make me do.
