Astral's Realization

'Two months already huh.'

An exquisite ancient-looking villa rested at the peak of a mysterious mountain that radiated with what seemed to be endless Life energy.

There was soo much that it condensed, producing green bubbles visible to the naked eye.

On the roof of this villa, one could see the figure of a meditating humanoid lifeform who seemed to have descended from the Immortal world.

If anyone was present and laid eyes on this figure, they'll mistake him for the God of all Immortals or the supreme ruler.

The aura that surrounded him was one thing but, his exquisite features were a whole other league compared to what is the norm.

Under the beautiful green sun that released endless rays of Life energy that seemed to be drawn to this mountain, this figure's skin released a light glow that would take the breath of anyone away.

Sigh!

Releasing a breath of what seemed to be golden air, Blade opened his eyes, revealing a pair of pitch-black eyes that'd normally leave others rather uncomfortable.

"In merely two months, I've already reached the peak of the Martial Great Grand-Master realm..." He replayed the memories of these two months in his mind.

Cultivation... it was incredibly boring if one didn't face constant improvement, luckily, Blade was someone who experienced constant improvement once there was sufficient Life Energy.

In a mere two months, he had moved from merely two strands of condensed Life energy into what was now a massive sea of True Qi Essence.

What was True Qi Essence?

To understand this, one must first understand the process to reach where Blade had now reached.

From two condensed strands, Blade condensed more and more strands, countless strands that then took the form of a football-sized seed of Life Energy.

Upon forming this, he reached the peak of the Martial Master realm. Then, he condensed this ball even more until the ball produces liquid Life energy.

If one produces the liquid form of Life energy, they are now Martial Grandmasters but, before entering the Martial Grandmaster realm, the Heavens would send a Lightning Tribulation...!

'Honestly, it wasn't much. Simply, bolts of lightning struck me down from the skies yet, it wasn't all that troublesome. It peeled a little of my skin but, my regeneration isn't anything to scoff at, especially after my soul improved to the system's level-up.'

Once one passed the lightning tribulation, the Heavens would bestow a gift, improving the quality of Life energy in one's dantian, giving birth to True Qi.

'After this, blah blah this, and blah blah that. I continued the grueling process of cultivation and condensed my Life energy again and again. Soon, I began thinking that it should be called Martial Art Condensation and not Martial Art Cultivation...'

'When my True Qi formed into a lake, I was able to use it as fuel to fly a little. And due to my qualitatively high True Qi which was unmatched by others due to the level of my soul, my True Qi last longer than others, so I can battle, and fly much longer than others...'

'Thereafter, I began infusing the True Qi into my bones and muscles, refining them, getting them stronger. Then, oh well, Condensation came to play once more. At the peak of the Martial Grand-Master realm, I condensed my lake of True Qi to the utmost limits, turning it into a drop of True Qi that began to solidify to produce something of even higher quality.'

Unlike Blade though, others couldn't condense their True Qi to such a level.

A drop...

Sigh!

'According to master, the geniuses of this world can condense their True Qi into a little pool... and this was peak geniuses. Well, according to master, he and others of the so-called upper world were also able to condense it to a drop.' Thinking this, Blade's expression contained indifference.

Even if he tried, he couldn't bring himself to believe it.

His master had a weird personality so it was hard to believe but, Andra did do the same thing so Blade's disbelief slowly disappeared. His mind was opened, something he didn't expect, there were other geniuses possibly comparable to himself.

'Anyway, my True Qi gave birth to Essence Qi, or True Qi Essence, a golden-colored gaseous energy that was much more powerful than True Qi. In the Martial Great Grand-Master realm, things were much more cultivated and had much less condensation...'

'The Martial Great Grand Master realm had one minor realm that involved gaining Essence Qi and then strengthening one's body. Unlike the other realms though, this realm was incredibly dangerous so one needed a good cultivation method.'

Blade thought, 'Master did offer both Andra and me but, we both refused. Surprisingly, he didn't even bother questioning us why. Master is weird... Anyway, following the Chaotic Body Supreme Art, I constantly infused Essence Qi into my bones and muscles but... it didn't stop there...'

'Becoming an expert in the Martial Great Grand Master realm means one needed to refine one's kidney, liver, lungs, heart, and brain. This is when one would want a good cultivation technique because if they don't have one, they'll find that they're unable to cleanse 100% of their internal organs, and the risk of death is high.'

With the Chaotic Body Supreme Art, it was a no-brainer that Blade was able to refine 100% of his internal organs with the only exception being his brain. As of now, he hadn't finished, if he did...

Urgh!

A groan of annoyance escaped Blade's mouth. "One should always remember to never rush cultivation, no matter how grueling it is." Astral suddenly appeared behind Blade. The action caused Blade's expression to freeze.

Tch!

"How many times do I have to beg before you stop sneaking up on others?!" His eyes formed crescents as he replied with a huge smirk, "But, isn't this my villa? I can appear, and I can disappear whenever I want."

But, Blade was having none of it. "Humph! If this was the case, do you think I would accept you as my master? Always remember, you're the one who bullied those poor Elders to get me and An-Dolion as your disciples..."

Sigh!

"Poor me... I thought I was gaining two incredible geniuses. What I got were a sharp-tongue brat and a two-faced calculative trap." Astral lamented while ruffling Blade's hair, showcasing that it was he who was the most dominant predator, able to do whatever he wanted on this mountain.

Huh?!

But, his expression froze, "Y-You..! You've already refined your brain?!" An arrogant smirk appeared on Blade's face, smugly saying. "Not 100% but, I'm almost there..."

"So, I can assume you're able to see 'it', right?" Astral suddenly said, "Though it isn't full refinement, you should still be able to perceive what normal eyes can't, right?"

Hehehe...

"Yup! I'm guessing this is what you refer to as Law, right? Something only Martial Lords can perceive, right?" Right after saying this, Blade opened his palm, it faced the skies. Over his palm, a mysterious black and white ancient qi hovered.

But, he didn't stop there, he opened his left palm the same way, hovering over it... nothing.

Thump! Thump! Thump!

"W-What is this!?" Astral shouted in shock. He stuttered as his legs seemed to have gone limp. When his gaze landed on Blade's left hand, even though there wasn't anything, he felt a primal fear from the depths of his heart..!

"This..." Seeing such a reaction, Blade was confused. Ever since entering this world, he understood he must showcase his greater talent, to be revered and also protected.

Sigh!

Astral's expression suddenly relaxed.

"So you were the mc... Well, if you aren't then, you're the final boss. Even if I wanted to kill you, I may not be able to do so. The plot armor is always too thick!" Accepting his situation, he said. "Either way, since we two have crossed paths, I'll be in danger even if I cut our ties now, that's just how the plot works, so I may as well help you as much as possible."

Sigh!

Standing to his feet, he then sat down, his two legs crossed, and with his right elbow resting on his knee, he placed his face on his palm.

"Little disciple, you must understand that revealing your talent is good and would keep you safe in a Sect like Limitless Sky Sect but, too much of one thing is good for nothing. If you reveal too much talent, not only would you be the center of jealousy but, others may view you as a monster and intend to harm you. Anyway, you're destined to be the protagonist or the final boss so you'll be safe but, not those around you. This is perfect, the people around the 'chosen' one would tend to die incredibly quickly to boost the determination of this 'chosen' one."

Hearing this, Blade felt like laughing out loud. He had guessed it when he had now appeared but, it seemed he was correct. It wasn't him alone that transmigrated.

'Astral probably thinks I'm an ignorant brat of this world who doesn't know how things work, so he is unbothered by revealing all this... Oh Astral, my master, no wonder the System found it impossible to see your status even after I made contact with you... you too probably have a system.'

A gleam lit ablaze in Blade's eyes but, Astral didn't perceive it.
