Jonas added, "You said all that, where is Sister Cecilia?"
"I don't know," Cayce said with a nonchalant look on her face. "She's a good person, she's good for us. It's a lot to learn and make money from following her. But for a woman to be in this position, it's got to be a bit of a temper. Besides, she's a Leo."Cayce said.
Jonas sighed, "I know a girl named Leo who has a bad temper."
Cayce added: "She's a nice person, just grumpy and demanding of the staff. You can talk to her whenever you get a good grade or a promotion. You didn't recommend a project for me. She was $10,000 at first. She's got a clear personality and if you want to work for her she'll be nice to you, but you've got to be strong enough."
Jonas nodded, "Yeah, fine, I am!"
Cayce asked quickly, "Who are you?"
Jonas immediately said, "I am that kind of leader."
Cayce finally spoke, "Why didn't you tell me sooner? don't you scare me, let's go."
"Where is?" Jonas asked again.
Cayce looked at Jonas, "I'll show you somewhere else. I've been looking all morning and I see that everyone is working hard, and unlike us, departments are either lazy or the whole company is lazy."
The people they did business with abroad were very professional, and Jonas had no idea what they were talking about.
Unlike Jonas, their foreign markets are always the same, with occasional visits and then back again. Jonas tried to go with them several times, only to find out that they were no longer there and that everyone was going out to pick up girls together, which was better than when Jonas was there.
Cayce looked at Jonas and asked, "Now that I know what a real business company is, I feel like it's hard work and pressure to be here, but I can handle it."
Cayce smiled and said, "You're exaggerating, we're working in a much stricter environment than you used to, so get serious."
Cecilia also came to us at this time and said, "Jonas, let's stop playing, eat first, and then go home, because from tomorrow, you will face many new challenges.
"Then I'll trouble you." Jonas answered quickly.
Cecilia looked at Jonas, "Don't call me manager, I look old, you can call me Cecilia Sister."
Jonas answered quickly, "Yes, Sister Cecilia."
Cecilia smiled, "So what would you like to eat?"
"Toyo, would you like to join us?" Cayce asked.
"Okay, let's go and talk to our new co-workers," Dewey agreed.
When Jonas heard the news, he felt great pressure. Now to have dinner with the new leader, Jonas was so nervous that he forgot how to use chopsticks!
When we got to Toyo's restaurant, it wasn't crowded, and a few women took their seats, ordered some food and chatted.
As for Jonas, he was even more restless, his nerves jangling at the thought of seeing a woman on a weekday, either fantasizing or stealing pictures. Afraid I might say or do something wrong and embarrass myself in front of my boss.
When Cecilia saw that Jonas was nervous, he gently said to Jonas, "Jonas, don't be nervous, just eat something and consider me your best friend."
Jonas felt that if he had such a good friend, he would be with you.
Jonas smiled, "I'm not nervous, I'm not interested in girl stuff."
Cecilia said: "Do you have any special interests?"
Cayce interjected, "He's a RTHK movie, period drama, TOWIE."
Dewey echoed: "I also like Tohoku TV shows, like" The Witch."
J: "So special!"
"If there's a classic, it's a Tokyo love story," Dewey said.
Jonas echoed, "That's what everyone thinks, that's what I think!"
"What are you talking about, twentieth century TV?" Cayce asked.
Jonas said: "adults talk, children do not talk!"
"Yeah, kids eat women and talk," Dewey echoed.
Cayce smiled wryly and said, "Well, I won't say much more."
Jonas and Cecilia talked about Eastern TV shows and economic problems.
Cecilia looked at Jonas, "This year's house price certainly will fall."
"If you're in a small city, the price will go down, but in the long run, or in a big city, it shouldn't go down," Jonas said.
Cayce interjected, "It's too expensive, a friend of mine in Central costs more than twenty thousand dollars for a building, so expensive that no one wants to live in it."
"I'm not buying a house here, I'm renting a very cheap house here," Jonas said decisively. "There is still a lot of room for future domestic property compared to the prices in major cities around the world."Jonas said.
Cecilia sighed, said: "Yongma has raised interest rates several times in a row, the real estate developers now, is certainly too much to bear. Even if the price increases, it will take a while!"
Jonas demurred: "It won't be long, I think it won't be long before the housing market gets worse, and then Yongma will breathe new life into the property.
Just like before, popular, getting kicked in the ass with a j-kick, and then going to therapy. The government would not have allowed property to collapse if the world did not exist. I'm strapped for cash right now, and I'd really like to buy a two-bedroom near Central while I can."
Cayce echoed: "I remember there was an advert for a property where prices were very low!"
"where?" Jonas asked.
Cayce hesitated, but replied, "Outakahashi, I think."
Jonas gave him a scornful look, "What else do you want in such a nice place?"
Cayce looked nonchalant, "Think of it as an investment that looks promising."
Jonas said bluntly, "I wouldn't want it, let alone a potential person, even if it was for me! The location of the house is what matters!"
Cecilia looked at the two of them, "I am also a long-term real estate bullish, but now there are houses."
