Escaping Vegas

"Is it real?"Cayce asked.

"It's none of your business, it's between me and my girlfriend." Jonas said to her.

Cayce smiled, "J, how can your girlfriend change so easily?"

Jonas looked speechless, "What do you mean, Miyuki Nanong?"

"That's what Miyuki Nanong said."Cayce said faintly.

Jonas nodded, "Well, I sent a message on my social media platform, as you can probably tell."

Cayce's expression changed and she turned to J, "We both deleted it and can't see each other again."

Jonas immediately said, "Stop being so hard, you have such a good relationship with him, can you talk it out with her and be with her again?"

"Since you've already made up your mind, why don't you let me?" saidCayce sourly.

J: "Come on, it's hard to be together as a couple, but our friendship can be repaired."

Cayce sighed, "Well, I don't want to be friends with her anymore, this girl, hey hey, not so much."

Jonas was helpless, "Fine, think about it."

Jonas went out to dinner with some good friends and then met Li.

Li An looked to J, "Let's talk first."

Jonas looked at Li Mingxia. "He is a client of my company. He has been taking care of me."

Li Mingxia looked over at Jonas. "Jonas, go ahead and get busy. I'll get someone."

Jonas led Li An to a small restaurant.

"J, it's been a long time." Sagan came to Jonas.

Jonas responded, "Yes, I told you you would come again, didn't I?"

Sagan snorted, "You really take yourself seriously, I have a boyfriend and I'm a Dr. Haigui."

Jonas looked nonchalant, "Okay, you talk to the tortoise."

Just as he was about to leave, Sagan grabbed Jonas's arm, "Don't you care, just don't ask? Not even ask."

Jonas replied faintly, "This is your business, not mine."

"J, what are you going to do?" Sagan snapped.

Jonas was afraid of making a scene, so he said to Sagan: You see, this brother of mine, you know."

Sagan glanced at Li, then at Jonas, then scampered away.

Ang Li An smiled and said, "J, I did you a big favor this time. How can you thank me?"

"It's on me." Jonas said casually.

Li An and Jonas chatted for a while, and Jonas asked, "You want to ask me, what's the problem?"

Li smiled and said, "Jonas is very smart, and I won't beat around the bush, you and Ouyang Xiu show up together."

Jonas nodded, "Well, so what?"

Li An shook his head, "No, but I wanted to let you know."

J: "Stop it, I know it."

Li An looked questioningly at J. "..."

Jonas changed the subject, "Enough of this, have you ever seen an American TV show?"

"You see, The Fallen Star is pretty good." Li An said.

Jonas followed suit, "I prefer movies, especially old ones."

Li An looked at Jonas and asked, "What do you think the old movies were like?"

"Escape from Vegas is good." Jonas said casually.

Li An echoed: "I read it too, it's quite informative."

Jonas echoed, "Yeah, me too."

Li An thought for a moment and said to J:"J, you're telling the truth.

"It's a movie, but I love it," Jonas said hurriedly. "If it were me, I'd rather live with a woman. I don't care about a woman's past, and I don't have any hesitation. I think a woman like that, she'll appreciate it."

Li An paused for a moment before slowly saying, "J, think about this, this is no joke."

Jonas nodded, "I've worked it out, I've moved on, I want to be with her, I want to marry her."

"Good luck, J," Li An soothed.

Jonas laughed, "You must be ready when the time comes!"

Li An smiled back, "Of course."

Jonas said goodbye to Li An and returned to the office.

Just then, Ouyang Xiu's cell phone rang and Jonas was doing something.

"I ate with Li An." Jonas said to Ouyang Xiu.

Ouyang Xiu looked nervously at Jonas and asked, "what did you say to me?"

Jonas replied faintly, "It's okay, we'll get together when you're done."

"I'll be fine." Ouyang Xiu Shoo nodded.

Ouyang Xiu was waiting for Jonas outside the company. Cayce winked at them and turned to leave.

Jonas looked at Ouyang Xiu and said, "It's really enviable to dress up like this every day."

Ouyang Xiu blushed, "J, don't keep staring at me."

Jonas smirked, "Are you still shy?"

"Yes, especially in front of you," Ouyang Xiu said angrily.

Jonas and Ouyang Xiu hugged each other all the way, completely oblivious to the eyes of others.

Jonas took Ouyang Xiu for a walk around the outside and then started talking to Jonas, "Jonas, what did Li tell you?"

Jonas thought for a moment and replied, "Yes."

Ouyang Xiu showed interest, "Oh?"

Jonas asked mysteriously, "Are you interested?"

Ouyang Xiu looked to Jonas, "I want to hear what you have to say."

Jonas told the story of the film to Ouyang Xiu, who was nervous at first, but as the conversation progressed, she was drawn to the story.

With that, Jonas shook Ouyang Xiu's hand, "Life may not be like in the movies, but I really cherish you, and even if you don't want to talk to me, I will respect you and like you."

Ouyang Xiu was almost moved to tears as she looked at Jonas, "Jonas, you are so kind, I am going to follow you my whole life."
