Lore and Intrigues

Between two mountain ranges, which separates Gallia from the eastern kingdoms, is a pass known as the gateway to the east. Nestled at the heart of the pass is the city of Frontiereville known as a melting pot of cultures, where west meets east. The pass is covered by two cliffs arching over the city.

The carriage passes through the city's western gate, as Gianni and Franz open the windows peeking outside. There was a peculiar warmth in the city, one that isolates the cold of winter. A part of that warmth must be of the people wearing clothes and accessories not seen before.

"We're making a stop here," one of the coachmen opens a window. "We'll stay here for the night and resume travelling tomorrow. By tomorrow afternoon, we will finally reach Terezsburg."

They disembarked and carried their things to their accommodation. Each had proper rooms this time and individually carried their things. Gianni suddenly receives a knock on his door.
