Chapter 04

Mr Jackson and his wife were already at the dinning table even Gemma their daughter also joined them for dinner.

Mrs Jackson smiled sweetly when Gael their son walked in.

"Gael! Good morning. how are you doing? oh please sit, the meal is incredibly delicious, it's your favorite," she beamed.

Gael smiled and sat next to his Mom! Thanks.

After the maid had dished out the food, Gael looked up to stare at his father. "Father i wish to say something"

"Okay go ahead", he nodded. "what is it you wish to say?"

"well! i don't wanna do business or take over your company, i just wanna do music.

The dinning room grew more quiet than it already has. Every single soul seated look perplexed but not as perplexed as Gemma whose mouth was half opened in shock.

Mr Jackson looked at him, "something about you baffled me son, i thought we've discussed this before...

for a moment Gael couldn't swallow. "i really don't wanna take over your company, my twin sis. is capable to handle your company not me! business! company stuff ain't my thing Dad

"That's enough son, you're the future CEO of my company! Case closed.

Gael frowned, knowing he is not allowed to say anything else.

He groaned as he walked out to his room. He banged the door close screaming hilariously as he drew down everything he came across with, the duvet, pillow, he dragged them and it rolled on the floor.

He fisted his Palm, stambing it hard on the wall.

" why can't he let me be and do my thing," he cried.

Next morning

Elanie stood at the front of their gate waiting for cab that won't charge her much. her brother Amir already left some hours ago with his scooter and she had just 200naria with her, she had no choice than to trek to school.

"Oh good heavens! I'm late," she muttered as she checked her wrist watch, walking all the way to school.

A black Bugatti Divo drove close to her as she kept walking with beads of perspiration all over her face. The glass of the car wind down and she saw Gael Jackson inside! 

OMG Gael!!!!

"You again pumpkin," he flashed his teeth.

"not babe today but pumpkin," Elanie tried to subsides the blush but she couldn't as her cheeks were depicting red shade. She wondered why he always flash his teeth all time!

"wait a minute! are you actually stalking me?

Gael chuckled. " Are you the owner of the road or don't i have the right to drive anywhere i want? and for the record i am not stalking you.

"What ever! I have to go," she started walking fast.

"wait pumpkin," he drove to her front. "why don't you enter my car since we are going to the same school.

"No, thanks!  I have legs... they're still in intact...

Gael chuckled. " Really? You sure those tiny legs are still in intact?

"Are you here to insult me or what?

"Look pumpkin, are you entering or not?" he said as a car started horning at his back and Elanie had no choice since they're going the same direction. She opened the car door and entered.

"your seat belt pls," Gael said as he wind up the car and Elanie tried pulling the seat belt but she couldn't, she pulled it continuously with all her strength. Gael looked up at her and started laughing....

"Really? fighting with the seat belt....

"you Know what, just help me with it or i might just get down from the car as well

"Fine! his mouth came close to Elanie mouth and she could perceive julep from his breath, the whole car was filled with the rich cologne he sprayed on his shirt.

Elanie looked down and saw his shirt not button and she could see his chest

"All done pumpkin," he started the car and drove off. Elanie nodded as she asked him the question that crossed her mind.

"why is your shirt not buttoned and the car, is it yours?

"Yeah the car is mine and the shirt, you like what you see huh? if you want i can take off the shirt.

"Oh pls! like what? that sticky chest, Hell no!

"What the fuck! my chest ain't sticky.

" Shut up Gael

"why should i shut up huh? is it because my AC already dried your beads of perspiration off and now you have the mouth to tell me shut up!

"oh my God! i hate you Gael, infact stop the damn car daddy's spoilt brat," she yelled

"okay fine," he stopped the car and Elanie quickly unlocked the door, stepping out of the car she slammed the door shut.

she looked left and discovered they were already at the school gate, she hissed as she looked at the car with the corner of her eyes and saw him parking at his usual spot close to the school parking lot.

Linnea and her classmates all submitted their Biology assignment and she gave Gemma and Luciana a signal that they should wait for her outside while she go answer Mr. Jeo.

She wondered why Mr Joe will sent for her and Amir to his office.

She sighed as she stood facing Mr Joe's office door but then Amir voice interrupted her.

"Are you gonna stand there all day?  move aside the door isn't your's. Linnea frowned looking back.

"So? she bits her lips in embarrassment and walked in.

"Good afternoon Mr Joe," she greeted politely not wanting to be the bad girl here. "why did you call me here with this low life.....

"Calm down Linnea! why the hate? precise he's your new physics tutor at home! your grades are dwindling.

She scoffed. " you must be kidding right? he can't tutor me....

"As if I'm even interested in tutoring you, Miss privileged," Amir chipped in as he hissed.

"And you will never tutor me," she snapped surprising herself.

"Listen Miss Linnea, if there's any one capable for this task then is Amir, he really maintained his A's from day one...

"And i don't care Mr Joe," she took a step backwards and crossed her arms below her chest.

Mr Joe sighed and relaxed back in his seat his hand resting on the desk. " i guess you have to  quit school then.....

"fine, he will tutor me," she quickly rushed out slamming the door behind her.
