Chapter 43

We are back to the main story. Currently, there's a small a tiny blackhole in front of me. Although tiny, the power is real.

It's greedily pulling everything in. It has been a few seconds since its creation, so I now have to collapse it. I read in the past that spinning blackholes are more stable.

It is spinning and so everything is spinning around it. I just have to overload the gravity and made it so heavy that it can't spin.

At least, that's what System told me. I pour more into it. The more I pour, the less it spins. But I can feel the exhaustion.

I should have 100000 according to System. But this is the first time I have felt an exhaustion this bad. How much did I spend?

But I keep pouring in more and more. Eventually it stops spinning. Everything around it stops as well.

But why does it feel like something really is about to happen?

(Hurry up and make a barrier worth 10000 .)

(What? Even the barriers I created before were worth 1000 in total.)

(Just do it. Protect them. Deploy the barrier around them.)

(What about me?)

(This is training. Be ready. It's coming.)

I hurriedly make a barrier. Now, I feel more exhausted. My strength feels like it has been halved. I can't think as fast as before. I feel sluggish.

I look at them. They are okay. The barriers are perfectly working. That's fine.

I focus on the blackhole. It's shrinking. Whaaattt???? That is tiny enough but now it's becoming even tinier.

(Use more to reinforce yourself. Attach yourself to the ground. That blackhole is about to burst.)

Burst?? A super rare event which doesn't happen. It's a theoretical event which hasn't been witnessed by a human before.

(The moment it bursts, all the energy will scatter and the space will break creating a singularity. Make sure not to get pulled inside.)

(Why are telling me that so half heartedly?)

(This is your training. If you can't survive this much then forget going with Fay.)

I give up. I just did what she told me to do.

I affix my position and use more to protect myself.

And I witness it. The moment the blackhole became invisible to the my eyes, I felt it.

A huge amount of heat. Isn't this hotter than the sun? No a supernova is actually almost as hot as the big bang. I am currently feeling that much heat.

And then I felt a push. Like something invisible is pushing and pulling me. If I lose my concentration, I would be pulled in. The ground is already charred. The area is burning.

Half of the soil is gone making a huge crater. And then came that. A flash of light. That light is a supernova. So this is what a supernova is.

Just how much energy is needed to create something like this? I can't believe I am seeing it from this close. The flash of light is emitted towards the sky.

And after it ended, I heard a weird sound. Something shattered. And it revealed itself with a sound. The phenomenon called a singularity.

It is a hypothetical situation which wasn't proved. I gotta thank Mr. Einstein for the relativity theory.

But it sure has a strong gravity. It's pulling everything in again. And it's stronger than the blackhole.

(What now?)

(Touch it.)

(Are you serious?)

(Yes. Touch it. Accept the power of a singularity.)

I can absorb a singularity. Didn't know that?

I walk to the singularity. I was a fair bit away from it. But now that I have moved closer, I can see it more clearly.

It is a dark space. Although it's daytime, the light around it is bent and spinning around it. The event horizon is happening. It feels like there's no space inside. Really a hole in space.

I touch the singularity. Touch it, I say but I just put my hand where the singularity is. I can't touch it because it doesn't have a physical existence.

(Do you want to absorb this singularity?

>Yes. >No.)

(Yes.)

And whoosh…the singularity disappeared. The space went back to normal and the ground is back. What??? How did the crater become full?

All the damage caused by the blackhole is gone.

(Congratulations. You have absorbed the power of a singularity. Now, you can control space. It's convenient right?? For traveling in outer space.)

(Don't tell me that was your aim all along.)

(Tee hee.)

(Don't tee hee me. I can almost picture a older woman doing that pose.)

(Ara…you see me like that. Ok.. I will meet you face to face one day. But first, go to Jupiter.)

(Ayo.. I don't have a goal anyway.)

(That's the problem. Fix a goal. Without one, you are just a normal human. What do you want?)

(The ultimate peaceful life.)

(Then become stronger. As you are, many will get in your way. If you want peace, become strong enough to protect it.)

(I will. So I have to go to Jupiter, first.)

(Yes. There you will learn some other things. Then you will move on to another place.)

(My adventures will be troublesome.)

(Use your appraisal on you. You don't know how strong you are. And on Fay as well. Then you will get an average idea about her world.)

(Ok.)

I stop our conversation. She told me many things. But first, let's go home and take a soak. I am tired.

Wait…my physical strength is back. I am not physically tired anymore. I still feel a mental burden though.

I cancel the barriers and they come running towards me.

"Master, are you okay?" (Hazel)

"Yeah. It was a bit crazy but it was fine until the end."

"Clive, what was that?" (Fay)

"You look pale. Let's go home first. I will tell you guys later."

"Papa, shoulder…" Eden is already demanding me that I give her a ride on my shoulder.

In the end, I carried her on my shoulder as we went home.
