Hello, this chapter here will be a thing I'll be testing through this series, as to what it entails, it's simply my thoughts and opinions about what I wrote in each arc.
These thoughts can range from what I realized I lacked, or possible side plots that I noticed through time as I wrote, to even potential spoilers about future plot concepts/side concepts, to many other things.
For this one, I don't really have much to say, aside from I wrote a decent enough plot regarding an alternate Japan, that covers the more important parts of how this Japan would be operating or reacting in a different world. And also plausible deniability... Nothing beats having a published backstory to show that this nation didn't commit war crime A (we don't talk about the other war crimes they're doing here.)
Although I do recognize that this act, and possibly the next one, isn't as essential to the eventual main plot of the series, I will say that they're important for understanding the events of the next volume and beyond, since they'll (hopefully) explain the thought process behind each nation and their main objectives, as well as their methods throughout the series...
As long as I don't fuck it up... ... ...
Anyway, since this is my first time doing something like this, there isn't much to say, since there are so many flaws about myself and my writing that I can identify by myself.
So instead, I'll give a quick run down, of how I'll be doing this series, so first...
Minor spoilers ahead
First of all, I'll be splitting each volume into different books, both for easier search and due to differing volume arcs. So I found it better to split the volumes
Each volume will usually be split into three acts, with each having its own arcs that build up the volume arc. And this is what you all saw in Act 1 of Volume 0, the arc regarding an Alternate Japan that builds up on this volume arc of being "setting the stage" of the main story.
As such, Act 2 will be about Toria and its main players before the main plot and how their actions lead to the starting situation of the main plot, and Act 3 will be build up to the transfer.
Alongside each Act, I'm also planning on having at least one side chapter per act, but they won't necessarily always have it, as for what the side chapters will entail... I don't really have a clear idea for now, but I'm thinking of using these side chapters to further develop some characters, write side plots (that won't affect the main plot [most of the time]), test some ideas, and even make mini-stories such as plot about what is happening to Earth, what's happening in other countries, etc
This is mostly everything on how arcs will work in this story, about other stuff...
I'll try to follow a realistic development and actions in the story, but not completely. You all will find some details that are less realistic than others, both from my own lack of knowledge about many subjects, and/or intentionally put there for either vibe, appearance, or plain old theatrics/I think it looks cool/interesting that way. That inside the story makes sense and is (hopefully) just enough to not break the suspension of disbelief.
So in a way, some stuff that you all might see here that doesn't make sense in the real world but is realistic inside the setting's rules, which I'll never be breaking for some goddamn broken magic shit or suddenly having nations have a 180º turn regarding their foreign policy with no good reason, nor having a primitive nation somehow give a massive L to a technologically superior nation because bullshit magic and stuff.
As an advice and warning, don't expect a cliched magic system in this story nor even a magic-looking magic system, magic in this story is... built differently, is what I could say I guess? Rather, I don't think it can even be called magic anymore for all the limitations I gave it.
As a final say before ending this after-thoughts chapter, I'll be putting this story in a planned hiatus after each act, so that I can better write them or prepare the necessary ideas and points for each act for the new act chapters. And I might be putting a chapter regarding the core pillars and ideas for this story.
Now then, this is all for this first after-thoughts and considerations chapter, and I'll see you all back in a few months or so.

Webnovel thoughts section
Well… This one is the section dedicated solely to the webnovel platform, which most likely won't have a lot of stuff in here, aside from an occasional mention of something. For now it'll just be some extra heads-ups for readers.
The first one is… That on webnovel, Chronicles of Toria will be released in batches, as opposed to Wattpad's bi-weekly releases (When it's not on hiatus), as for why, it's mainly to make it easier for me to handle it as I wouldn't have to keep check of multiple sites every two weeks to update, if I decide to make accounts in other platforms. However! If I see that there's enough engagement here, I'm willing to also give it the bi-weekly release schedule just like the one in Wattpad.
The second one is that… I'll be rewriting this timeline after I finish this volume, both due to new information that I read or listened to, considerations that I initially overlooked either by accident or because it hindered the overall plot, and generally an attempt to improve it further. It won't be as massive of a change than the one that occurred between the original timeline replaced by the currently available one, but it'll be noticeable enough, mainly in regards to WW2.…
Another one, is that this story had been into a kind of abandoned state here on webnovel due to how it had a message here on the inkstone page about how this story wasn't confirmed of being mine, so it couldn't be available for the public, and only for me, which as far as I had seen, lasted for almost 2 years since first posting this story… So yeah, that's the reason why of the sudden update
And I think that's all I have to say here on webnovel for now. I hope you all liked reading it, and please look forward to future updates whenever they come.
