After the victory of the First Philippine Republic against the United States. Windsor then started making new laws that make the people benefit, like owning their own business, making money for their own, not for Windsor or their leader.

Windsor's demand for reparation from the United States and Spain. 100 million dollars for Spain and 50 million dollars for the United States. Of course, that wasn't easy to do, but luck was on the side of Windsor as France, Britain, Germany, Soviet Union agreed to the 150 million reparations for the Philippine Republic.

So Windsor came to the Philippines with money, guns, WarShips, Steam Ships, Train cargos, and more things and projects that will be beneficial to the Philippines economically and militarily.

The Treaty of Paris in 1902 mostly benefited the Philippine Republic European and Asian countries are now invested in the Philippines. Windsor's actions are spread through the world, by how courageous he was, uniting the Filipinos and defeating the Americans.

Of course, this wasn't Windsor's previous earth so the climate of the Philippines is Spring, a little bit of snow, and autumn.

Philippine's economy is now on par with Japan's economics. Dominating agriculture in thought Asia with sorts of plants like bananas and more. The industrialization of the Philippines was somewhat fast cities were being created, industries, factories, jobs, and more.

Windsor, of course, cannot just make a modern thing exist, he can't do it because he is just one person he needs more than himself to build things. So he builds schools and taught his people science, fine arts, math, and many more. Then he created an annual test where he makes tests and If anyone passes the test they get to work on his project, basically like Nasa.

Now there is 3,000 Scientist working for Windsor in just a span of 4 years.

Windsor also focused on infrastructure, making hydro dams across the Philippines. Along with airfields, railway tracks, military camps, bridges, European houses, and many more that helped his people to connect easily.

In 1904 just last year Windsor made an alliance with the United States, France, and Britain for mutual defense because he is worried about the upcoming war. Well, it's true that the Philippines' economy is skyrocketing but its military power isn't ready for war, well not yet.

The Philippine scientist was researching around the west Philippine sea and they were shocked at how the oil reserve of the small landholders. Windsor confirmed that the undiscovered oil reserve in middle is nothing compared with the reserve of the west philippine sea.

This discovery made Windsor excited as he can now have a money machine making. Though of course, he wanted to focus on the Philippines' economy before the military force. Well in reality he did put more money into the philippine's economy and infrastructure but put an average amount into the production of fighter planes, warships, and tanks.
