The Treaty of Versailles which the Philippine Republic leader Windsor didn't attend was signed by the allies and axis on June 19, 1919.

This then officially ended the first world war that the world created.

Exactly on January 19, 1921, the Philippine Republic's secret scientist has finally finished the first super human serum that makes the taker of the serum faster than a normal human, stronger physically and mentally, does not age the user, and makes the user smarter, immune to any diseases, virus, and poison, and faster healing capabilities compared to a normal human.
