Since Director Qi Chunsheng was indeed dedicated and exceptionally capable in his role as the Director of Academic Affairs, Ding Yue, under the condition that Director Qi Chunsheng's health was guaranteed, still agreed to let him, who was already close to retirement age, continue to serve as the Director of Academic Affairs at Mist City Arts and Science University.
