Chapter 116: So This Is the Charge of the Knight!

"Clop... clop... clop..."

Lin Ke urged the Gula cattle beneath him forward, followed by his People's Knight Order.

The Gula cattle were clad in specially made leather armor, which provided some defense without restricting movement.

He wore a helmet with magic fluctuations, and his armor was both lightweight and sturdy, as was his sword.

Behind him were followers, and after the followers was the People's Knight Order.

Following the People's Knight Order were other Azanen Guards.

These guards started out just as guards but were later split by Lin Ke into three teams: archers, swordsmen, and spearmen.

These three teams were small, each with over two hundred men, making up infantry and ranged forces.

This was all that was left of Azanen's forces.

Most other nobles of Azanen had no decent troops, and retraining them was too laborious.

So Lin Ke had those troops engage in odd tasks, selecting some to join the team formed by Azanen Castle Guards.
