I noticed that this Fanfic got darker heavier than I wanted it to. I can't have my darker fantasies ruin a perfectly fine cultivation novel about growing up.

So I'll use half my time on my other novel 'Sealing one's fate'. I wanted to write both in tandem from the start anyways. I just got carried away with this one.

Exclusively writing Dragon Ball felt like talking about ice cream, while thinking about gasoline. Weird.

So to balance things out, it'll be a Yin and Yang kind of thing. Dragon Ball will still get some touching scenes among all the fun, as well as realistic characters. I just don't want it to become some brooding bullsh*t without substance or humor.

The last chapter was where I had to draw the line. I was actually starting to struggle to keep the tone child friendly. So I had to cut the chapter short by a bit.

That means, I'll upload Dragon Ball every 2 days at the usual time. The chapters will probably get a bit longer, so you won't miss out much.

You can expect the quality to improve, since most of my positivity lands here, and the negativity lands there.

!!!

Oh! Don't check out my other novel if you're younger than 18. The malice is palpable. And I don't have to pull any punches there.

!!!

For some reason my other novel isn't shown on my profile yet, but here's the synopsis:

Lucas is the third son of a prestigious noble family. His father berates him. His mother avoids him. And his siblings are convinced that they're better than him.

Lucas doesn't believe that and sheds blood and sweat every day to prove them wrong, to make them look at him and what he's capable of. When he turns 10, he demands his personal Knight order from his father. And is given a deceased Knight's daughter as well as an abandoned plot of land just to mock him.

He takes what he can get, but why does that girl look at him like he was an abandoned puppy?! Damn you! I don't need your pity! When I grow up I make the world go round and crush coal into diamond. So will you stop looking at me like that!?!
