Handsomely, leaning on the door frame was Ashley, hands tucked in his trouser pockets.
"Who do you think might be doing this stuff? Do you think the girl has a rival or was it because of you...? Hmm... I don't think it's the latter for you haven't even started fancying the girl, but I'm looking forward to it." said it and grinned, Ashley. Astrel ignoring his brother left the place in a minute of snap and was nowhere to be seen. Only the whiff of his scent was the evidence that he had been here a few seconds ago. Ashley sighed out, shook his head, and left the place too.

The car ride back to Frost mansion felt quite deadly and deaf as an adder to Vilian. She thought listening to something or anything was better than nothing, but then again not only was that that made her disturbing but the oceany blue eyes. She could not help herself from not thinking of those pair of captivating marbles. Not until this day did she realize that a blue could be such a hot fire.
Finally, the ride came to an end which was a relief for Vilian. By the time she reached her room, it was twelve past midnight. Vilian didn't wait for Lily to get her off of the tightened gown. Breathing out loud, she felt so heavenly without the suffocating dress. Lying on the bed she thought of taking a shower after a while, but eventually fell asleep right after she felt the softness of her pillow.

@ Watson's Mansion,
Sitting on a single cozy couch near the fireplace of his study was Astrel, sipping a hot cup of coffee cooly and calmly. Though he was in the room his mind wasn't. He was unusually in a trance.
He remembered back when he entered the party venue. Astrel attending the party was a shock for anyone who knew him. Even the host who invited him was not sure whether was he seeing him for real or were his eyes playing some tricks. Astrel was not only welcomed by the host Mr. Kenen but also by a bevy of rich and beautiful ladies, who were gawking at him and whispering, either of his handsomeness or unusual presence. It was pretty much obvious, that he's got the spotlight. Though this happened, none were able to approach him, but only the old wise businessmen, and some of the people whom he knew before.
He saw Ashley from afar speaking to a certain lady or rather he'd guess a lady younger than any ladies present in the party venue. She was just dashing in a blood-red dress, that was what he thought, though he could only see her side profile. He saw Ashely grinning and waving his wine glass at him once the girl left the place. He just nodded his head at his brother and felt so tired and headache from attending to everyone who approached him. The sole reason he accepted the invitation was that he got information about Garry attending the party. He felt something fishy, but that was not only the reason, but also to speak with Demus at the same time. Unfortunately, both didn't go according to what he planned. He was so furious.
While everyone was honey coating their words to bring out a good impression in front of Astrel as he's the famous businessman, he wasn't giving a bit of his concentration towards them, for he knew this was all just a facade. Excusing himself and walking away from the crowd he attended his call which was vibrating for a couple of times. Once he finished it, he went straight to the bartender and asked for a glass of wine. Sipping from the cabernet sauvignon wine glass, he gave a glance all around the party room and stopped at a certain girl who was on a walk trying to escape from the people present like the bees in the room. Her brown eyes were darting here and there, taking a cautious look at everything that caught her eyes, and her eyelashes were fluttering beautifully from time to time, like the wings of a butterfly.
Astrel didn't have the thought of leaving her sight anytime soon. There was always something about the girl that he felt attracted but knew nothing of it. He just continued observing her. It was obvious that the girl was pretending like she was familiar with her surroundings, but wasn't in the eyes of his. Soon, the girl disappeared from his sight entering a black small door. Unknown to himself, he started walking to the same direction where the girl disappeared, and entered the same door but not any further. He saw her looking up at the sky, admiring the dark blueness of the night. The blood-red dress she wore was sticking upon her skin giving the look of petals bloomed softly. It hued the redness of a unique rose amidst the lifeless garden giving a beautiful radiant.
Leaning on the door frame, Astrel observed the girl. As if the starlight and wintry boughs had swirled together in some lucid dream, her golden hair locks danced under the night sky. It was a piece of art in a tapestry for one to look. Suddenly, a very light screeching sound took into Astrel's sensitive ears. The calm look on his face was immediately gone as if there wasn't and was replaced with a frown. He searched for the sound and took a look on the railings which Vilian was leaning on to, and saw the railings shaking slightly. Only then did he go and interrupt the girl, which made her startled and lean further on to the railings, but Astrel was quick enough to hold onto her waist securely.
It was clearly visible that Vilian was so terrified. Her heart was beating rapidly and her face was turned pale like a white sheet out of fear. Astrel could still vividly remember how trembling was she, as if she saw a ghost from her naked eyes. The memory brought a slight smile onto Astrel's face unknown to him.
Finishing the cup of coffee Astrel got up from his couch, but his phone fell on the floor which was earlier on his lap. The butler ran and came forward to pick up the phone to return it to him, but Astrel raised his hand as a gesture of not needing him. The butler abruptly stopped. He took the phone, but when he was about to put it back into his trouser pocket a message pinged. Lazily, he took back and saw the message was from an unknown number.

Astrel didn't like playing 'Catch Me If You Can,' so he just slid the app and refreshed his phone just to throw it back to the couch. Walking into his room, he went to take a cold shower.
On the nook of the study was the butler, in a confused look, for he neither saw his master in such a long trance or smile in such a way before. Strange was what he thought and hoped it was all for a good reason.
