When three best friends, Ben Drewer, Matt Benders, and Grayson Engle discover that their world is a video game, they go on a search for truth and meaning. An NPC's Reality

        Matt walked through the door and was gone. Grayson stepped up to the door, took a deep breath, and went through. I finally got up to the door, took a last look behind me at the disappearing stairs, and walked through, following my feelings. 


	I walked straight into San Francisco. Everything looked the same, the blue skies, the clouds, our houses we were standing in front of, and the beach in the distance. I would say it’s like we never left but everything has changed since then. 


	“We’re back home, I guess we all agreed.” I said, joining Matt and Grayson in a group hug.


	“What the hell do we do now?” Grayson asked as we let go.


	“Well, I don’t know about you guys but I want to know what’s really out there. What world exists beyond ours. And what else do we not know about our world?” Matt responded.


	“Yeah, what else does the creator know? And if they made our world, do they have the power to take it away too?” I asked back.
