All I could do was sit and wait, and I was horrible at it. Waiting in Garrison's home while other people went out and watched from a safe distance ensuring that Javier Domenico wasn't doing anything to impede my contract.


But the truth was there was absolutely nothing I could physically do other than kill the sonofabitch if he decided to do something. My hands were tied from doing anything. Because I hadn't gone to the family when he and Beau took Beatrice I couldn't claim any type of foul play. So, if Javier decided to take matters in his own hands and put her life on the line, and I sought retribution I would be doing so on my own.
