Alex's POV
When she stopped glowing, I looked at her wound. To Suns and my surprise, it was completely healed! No scar or anything. I lifted her up into my arms and carried her to her room. When I reached it, I placed her in the bed and smiled when she opened her eyes.
"Go back to sleep. We can talk when you wake up," I told her, quietly.
She smiled up at me before closing her eyes and falling back asleep. I walked out of her room and closed the door behind me, quietly. Then I walked into the living room, where Sun was sitting.
"Hey. You okay?" I asked him sitting down.
"Not really. Why did she glow? And how did she manage to heal that big of an injury? I know my parents said that she was special, how"
I just shook my head
"I don't know. I wish I knew that as well," I replied, " I am just as confused."
Sun got up and walked towards Moons' room. I let him go and drifted off to sleep, myself.
Sun's POV
I walked over to Moon's room and peeked in at her. She was sound asleep in her bed. I quietly opened the door, walked over to her, and sat next to her. I looked at her as she slept. When I looked at the mark, all of a sudden, an older version of Moon was standing next to her.
"M-mom?"I stuttered.
She looked at me and smiled.
"Yes, hun. I am here to let you know that Moon is special. You are her guardian until she mates. Then Alex will be. Please take care of her. I will visit again. At the moment, she can't explain everything but, she will eventually be able to tell you. This is all for safety reasons."
With that being said, she disappeared. I sat there for a minute, stunned. Then I got up, went to my room, and fell asleep.
