Dumbledore’s Past.

Dumbledore sat down and chose to share his story, sensing that he didn't have much time.

"I wasn't as wise and knowledgeable during my youthful years. I was carefree, and like any other young teenager, I liked to be rebellious and bold, and I wasn't proud of what I had done.

There was a boy... my neighbor. He was charismatic, good-looking, and as naïve as I was, I fell for him. The boy was ambitious; he wanted the wizarding world to rise and push the muggles to the bottom of the chain.

Love is much like a wild rose, delicate and soothing but eager to draw blood in its defense.

I assumed I could change him... make him see the world in a new light, but unfortunately, I was too naïve.

We vowed never to betray each other by blood pact. But in the end, I betrayed him. He was talented and more powerful than me… but in the end, I survived as our wands share the same core and my sister's sacrifice.

He was Gellert Grindelwald, who now stays as a prisoner forever… *ACH*"

After Dumbledore's speech, he was stabbed by Harry, who appeared in front of him with a fang of a Basilisk.

Dumbledore smiled as he felt the Basilisk's venom coursing through his blood. He suddenly hugged Harry and said "Forgive me, Harry!"

Fawkes screeched as he saw his companion die. Still, unfortunately, he was given special instructions before he arrived, so with a heavy heart, he teleported away, giving a last glance at Dumbledore, who was falling to the ground in Harry's embrace.

Harry was stunned when Dumbledore hugged him. He felt nice, warm, and fuzzy feelings started appearing in his stomach, causing him to be happy and yet sad about what he had done.

"I-I…" Words were stuck to Harry's throat; he didn't know what to do in this situation. Yet, tears started pouring from his eyes; never had he felt this safe and warm in someone's embrace. The only thing he felt close to him is with his friend Naruto.

Asura, who had just dropped Amelia off, went back home with heavy wrinkles on his face.

He doesn't know what is going to happen, but he knows in his mind the result of the battle.

'Should I stop my project?' Asura thought as he considered about ending his project. But he immediately shook his head, as he would need to face many obstacles and shouldn't quit.

Kreacher appeared and tried to greet Asura, but after seeing his master's face, which was not happy, he just bent his hand without disturbing him.

"I will be in my office… don't disturb me" Asura said as he passed through Kreacher, who was still facing the floor respectfully.

"Very well Master, I will inform Mistresses." Kreacher said as he teleported away.

Asura came near his office door and opened them harshly. Then, going near the cabinet, he opened and took a bottle of wine.

*pop*

After opening the wine, he summoned the Helga Hufflepuff cup and poured some wine, ready to drink.

*knock* *knock* His office door knocked.

"Come in" Asura said, allowing them to come in.

The door was already open. Two people, one gorgeous woman with red hair and emerald eyes. The second had messy curly dark hair with an elegant face standing at the entrance. Both look stunning.

"Can we join you?" Questioned the red-haired woman.

"You can always join me, Ela… I wouldn't mind at all" Asura replied. While irritated and in a bad mood, he still looked noble and elegantly drank wine in his comfortable chair.

Both the women sat on the couch while they too were pouring some wine into their wine cup, which resembled Asura's special cup.

"Do you need to… talk?" questioned the dark-haired women.

"*sigh*... it's nothing Bella. Just dealing with some things" Asura responded as he was not keen on talking about it.

Ela and Bella nodded their heads as they thought the topic might be sensitive.

Ela stood up and went behind Asura, and started massaging him. Asura genuinely smiled at Ela and thanked her.

Bella, who was still sitting on the couch, wasn't pleased to see Ela being close to Asura, but she couldn't do anything about it as she wasn't that close to Asura yet.

The only time she can be 'close' is when Asura drinks her blood or while training. So she reluctantly stayed sitting down while her dirty mind was thinking of scenarios to get closer to Asura.

"Is this related to your… project?" questioned Ela while still massaging Asura's shoulders.

"Yeah… Having thoughts of stopping it. But I came this far, and I will face many other obstacles in the future, so I shouldn't cower away from a simple thing like this."

"Mother! Look!" a boy with blonde hair combed back said as he handed the newspaper to his mother.

The mother went to page 9 and skimmed how Asura ran away from the fight, indirectly leading to Dumbledore's death.

"Little Dragon, go stay with Aunt Bella. I have to deal with something" the ravishing blonde woman gently replied.

The boy then nodded and left, ready to prepare.

"Dobby!" the woman called out. The previously gentle face disappeared, leaving enraged fury.

"Yes, Mistress?" said the energetic house-elf who appeared after his mistress called.

"Draco will remain with his Aunt Bella for some time. So prepare everything for him… and also prepare for refreshment as many guests will be arriving" said the women.

After the elf left, she took out a small object resembling a mirror.

"Vocatus -Bellatrix Black" said the woman.

After a while, the image in the mirror altered to and featured a woman with messy dark hair.

"Do you need something, Cissy?" said the woman in the mirror.

"Hey, Bella. Can you let Draco stay in your guest house for a while? I am going on a business trip." Narcissa or Cissy replied.

Usually, Draco would be either sent to Notts, or Parkinson's place. But unfortunately, now that house Malfoy is a neutral family, and Narcissa is the family head. So the relationship with the Dark families is gone.

"Yeah… Asura has already prepared everything. I saw the newspaper; there were many papers like that released by small media companies that craved quick fame." Bella replied as she, too, felt furious reading the newspaper.

"Don't worry. I will deal with the matter. How is Lord Asura?" asked Cissy.

"Well… he is currently under a lot of pressure. Nobody certainly knew what transpired, and I knew Amelia wouldn't do something like this, as the Auror Department was also hushed in this matter. So make sure they suffer for writing something like this about Asura!" Bella said.

"I will deal with this matter personally" Cissy assured Bella that they would suffer for writing this about Asura.

A new year started in Hogwarts. But unfortunately, the death of Albus Dumbledore still didn't subside, as the wizarding world was still grieving.

The scandals on Asura were eliminated when Amelia Bones and Asura's assistant Narcissa issued the truth of Dumbledore's death. This, of course, revealed another news that struck the wizarding world -The loss of the chosen one.

On April 14, 1993. The wizarding world had learned two things, which shook practically everyone to the core.

「Death of Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore」

「The Boy-Who-Lived is an Obscruial」

Yes, after an investigation done by the Department of Mysteries, there were traces of an Obscurus, and the residue magic matched the registered magic user Harry Potter. And it didn't help that no one knew where the boy had disappeared as there was no body of him in the Chambers.

Some hoped the news was false, but after receiving it from the Auror Department, the wizarding families' hearts were shattered. It was more heartbreaking when they heard The-Boy-Who-Lived, the one who they were parading was the one who murdered Dumbledore, the Leader Of Light.

And Asura himself made and announced to the wizarding world that Dumbledore wished to deal with Harry alone, as Dumbledore was responsible of not being to help Harry.

Thankfully Asura didn't push his friend under the bus for his many other schemes on Harry Potter, so the wizarding only knew Dumbledore felt guilty about Harry and took care of the matter himself.

Asura is walking in the hallway. It was a dark year for everyone. Harry's classmates, who were in their 3rd year, were not quiet.

Various rumors were surfacing through the Great Hall about Harry Potter.

"I know he was a Dark Wizard"

"I saw him once torturing a fish… how can he be so evil!"

"I suspected him… his personality is terrible. I tried to be his friend, but the nut case tried to attack me"

"I once saw him peeking inside the girl's bathroom. I bet he was into all kinds of nasty things"

Kids these ages don't know what an Obscurial is and how unpleasant a person must suffer from hosting an Obscurus. All they see is Harry turned 'dark' and killed Dumbledore.

Asura walked up the front of the Great Hall and sat on his new seat, the Headmaster's seat.

Dumbledore left a will for the wizarding world, which says he left the seat and everything that belonged to him to Asura Black.

While the School Board decides the choosing of Headmaster, Asura got the position because of his credentials and also a sign of respect to Dumbledore given by the Board by agreeing to his last wish.

Many students walking by greeted him as a professor, as many of them had him as a DADA professor. But many new students called him 'Headmaster' after reading about his new position in the newspaper.

Now that Asura is the Headmaster, he decided to quit his job as Defense Against Dark Arts(DADA) teacher next year. While teaching was fun while it lasted, he thought relaxing in the office and leaving the work to his clone was more relaxing.

Seeing all the students sit down and new students have gotten sorted, Asura stood up to announce "A new year in Hogwarts has started. I welcome you new students who have chosen the best wizarding school…"

The Student orientation went as expected, with few hiccups from many students who learned this would be the last year Asura would be teaching.

It is clear as a day that Hogwarts has now lost its popularity. Compared to last year, roughly 35% of students dropped out, and new students were less than 45%.

Asura was sure that he might have to reduce the staff's salary this year, or the treasury might have a large dent. But as prideful as he is, he would let no one talk down on the school he is the Headmaster of, and also his guilt for his friend's death is pushing him to improve Hogwarts conditions and lead it to the top.

Deciding to implement his first change, he declared "Students! From this year onwards, any student who wanders around Hogwarts either at night or in the forest will be punished harshly. It can be suspension or expulsion."

This, of course, caused unrest and unhappiness among students. The fun part is exploring the castle at night, evading Filch and his nasty cat, Ms. Norris.

Asura already locked and sealed any secret pathways which could endanger any student. And planted heavy seals which can never be removed other than Asura himself.

As a Hokage of Konoha, he is well acquainted with politics and leadership. But, unfortunately, he doesn't have much power/influence other than being a headmaster.

Asura realized that after becoming the Headmaster, the School Board is akin to the civilian council in Shinobi World; they are corrupt and have lowered the quality of education after accepting bribes from other wizarding schools.

Many subjects were discarded for 'danger' or 'low funds'. Once an entire 21-subject school, it turned into a 14-course school. So things removed like Alchemy, Apparition, Advanced Arithmancy Studies, and so on…

Asura decided to bring back those subjects and hire more teachers, which could boost the academic level at Hogwarts. He is certain he would need to consult the School Board first and use his own funds, but he already had a plan to deal with them. And as rich as he is, a dent in his vault wouldn't change anything, as he would swiftly earn it back.
