"Tell me, which one?" Nicholas asked as he leaned forward. 


"It was Prince Zeph." Thomas revealed. "He was the only one that stayed in Ayr after your father's death. You left for Kronos, Marcus for Gaia, and Owain for Meil." 


Meil was the capital of the Liber Clan, Nicholas was not surprised that it was where Owain had sought refuge. 


"Do we know how he died?" Nicholas asked his friend.


"It seems that the servants got tired of the way he treated them. One night, as Prince Zeph slept, several servants stormed his room." Thomas recounded the report.


"I find it hard to believe that a Prince of Merlen could have been killed in his sleep my servants." Connor said as he voiced out his doubts.


Nicholas understood why Connor was questioning the events. Zeph was a smart man, he could be doing the same tactic as Nicholas. He could be waiting in the shadows to attack, pretending to be dead.
