Isaac woke up with a stiff back from lying and sitting for a few days on a wooden floor. Or was it a week? Well. He was immortal, but it did not mean he was numb. His body could still feel pain, but he just had a higher tolerance for it.

"What are those witches up to now?" He mumbled as he paced around the tiny circle that limited his movement, stretching his sore muscles within the space of his confinement.

Did they think they could keep him caged in this place for long? They would learn never to mess with a man like him once he found a way to escape this invisible shield surrounding him.

He never believed in their magic. He always thought it was just another voodoo trick they were using to fool him. But from what he had witnessed so far, he was starting to believe it was real.
