"You can see me?" It questioned instead, it's dark voice sounded hoarse and dreadful, yet filled with an unfamiliar surprise at the same time. Meanwhile Anxi slowly retreated on her steps, the street lights kept flickering due to the powerful aura emanating from the being in front of her, through the side of her eyes, she was more focused on escaping than having a conversation with this creature.


"What do you mean by'' you can see me? `` That wasn't the question I asked." She shot back, slowly taking each retreating step behind her and it seems her response might have angered the being in front of her as the air furiously went cold.


There was something about the way it's gaze remained locked on her, she couldn't see his face or know the expression they carried but she couldn't drive away the feeling that he knew her. As impossible as it actually sounds, she faced reincarnation and transmigration both at the same time, so how could he possibly know her?
