Building Blueprint Islands

"Welcome, Young Master. I am Croak and I will be guiding you on your tour around Building Farm!" 

An obese man drifted his Island to Elias and greeted him with a bow. There were congregations of people like him waiting for a customer from where he drifted.

"Hello, uncle. How can I obtain a building?" Elias said respectfully with a smile.

The man happily jumped onto Elias Island and said enthusiastically, "Well, you need to know the difference between the Blueprints!" He said as he pointed to some small Island with the smooth solid ground at the centre surrounded by brown sand and said, "Those are the Locals…"

The Building Islands didn't have actual buildings on them. They have a solid foundation at their centre surrounded by sand. The solid ground was the Building Blueprint.

And there were various types of Building Blueprint Islands based on what the person wanted. 

The lowest ones and the most common were the Local Series.
