More Accurate Imitation 谢谢

Finding himself back again inside the circular room with the four doors around him, what greeted Calle first was a headbutt from a certain white baby dragon, heading straight towards his chest.

"Caalleeee!" Edric said as he flew headfirst into Calle's embrace.

Looking at the baby dragon in his arms, not only did Edric look very happy, but the connection between them also told Calle about how much the little dragon missed him.

'It must have been lonely with him staying here for the entire night considering one hour outside is three hours here…' Calle thought as he patted the dragon's head.

'System, can I bring him outside to the real world?'

[Of course, you can.] The system quickly replied to his question.

'Alright, I will bring him back after this…' Calle thought to himself.

"Are you bored staying here, Edric?" He asked.

"Not really!" The little dragon surprisingly answered.

"Oh? What did you do while I was away?"

"I went into the dungeon and tried out new things! I have something new that I want to show you, Calle! Let's hurry up and go inside the dungeon!" Edric urged as he grabbed Calle's hands and dragged him into the door that led to the slime dungeon.

'System, he could go inside the dungeon on his own?'

[I was actually the one who suggested to him to do it because his growth will only benefit you. If you don't want Edric to go inside the dungeon on his own, I can manage that and prevent his entry without you.] The system explained.

Thinking that Edric might be bored and lonely if he prevented him from going into the dungeon, Calle replied 'No, let him be. It's good if he could do something here while I was away.'

[Understand.]

And with Edric literally dragging him by the hand, it didn't take long for Calle to reach the slime dungeon's door before they finally opened the door and went into the violet portal.

'Will I need to clear the slime dungeon from the start again? Three hours are quite a long time…' Calle thought as he felt his body being transported by the violet portal.

After shaking the dizziness in his head away, Calle observed the environment around him and found himself at the starting location of the slime dungeon.

'Do I really have to redo the dungeon from the start?' A question popped up inside his head.

But after he walked further into the dungeon and found a lone slime in the middle of the cave wall, Calle knew that his guess was right. He needed to clear the slime dungeon from the start again.

Heaving a sigh from his mouth, Calle then quickly formed a condensed mana blast in his hand, which only took him a second before throwing it towards the single slime in the middle of the tunnel, killing it in one shot, saving much more time compared to before.

'Well, at least I could train my mana this way.'

"So, Edric, what do you want to show me?" He asked the little dragon flying beside him.

"I'll show you later when we meet several groups of slime, Calle!" Edric said before going on top of Calle's shoulder and sitting there before pointing one of his claws forward and saying,

"Let's go, Calle!"

"Alright, alright, let's go."

The human and dragon pair then once again began their journey towards the slime dungeon.

Their journey went similar to the last time they went inside the dungeon, but it was significantly quicker than before with Calle's ability to create condensed mana blasts in his hands being remarkably faster than the first time that he ever discovered the skill.

And it didn't take long for Edric and Calle to finally meet two groups of slimes as they traveled deeper into the dungeon. Calle had once again asked Edric about what he wanted to show him, but Edric shook his head, saying that he would show Calle a new ability when they met at least 4 groups of slimes in a room.

Finally knowing that something that Edric wanted to show him was a skill, Calle's interest was piqued and he accidentally muttered,

"Wait, can I see it now if I go through Edric's memories?"

But Edric, who was perched on his shoulders could clearly hear Calle's muttering and quickly shouted,

"NO! You can't cheat, Calle! I want to surprise you!"

Hearing the little dragon firmly forbidding him, Calle was then forced to curb his curiosity as he quickened his pace so that they would quickly meet 4 groups of slimes requirements that Edric wanted.

"Come and help me, Edric. I am very curious and I can't wait to see your surprise." Calle said while he started increasing his pace, and started to jog to move deeper into the dungeon.

"Okay!" Edric said before flying beside Calle and started throwing his own mana blasts toward the slimes that they met.

To meet 4 groups of slimes together in a cave tunnel actually required them to go inside quite far away from the dungeon's entrance, but with both Calle and Edric working at the same time to travel deeper into the dungeon faster, it only took them about 1 hour to finally meet the 4 groups of slimes together.

"Calle, look at me!"

Edric quickly flew a little bit higher up, not too high as they hadn't reached the larger cave tunnel where they met the green slime, and Edric stopped going upward after reaching about 1 meter above Calle's head.

Calle wanted to ask Edric first about what he wanted to do, but seeing the little dragon was already preparing to show him his new ability, Calle decided to shut his mouth and just see it for himself.

Edric didn't actually need to put much effort and focus in order to use the new ability that he wanted to show Calle. He had done it tens of times before when Calle was away in the real world, and Edric was already used to using it, but since it was the first time he would be showing it to Calle, Edric wanted to make sure Calle was impressed and made sure that he didn't mess it up.

Different from when Edric was using an ordinary mana blast where he would gather mana inside his mouth while his mouth was closed, this time, Edric opened up his mouth slightly as he gathered mana right in front of the opening of his mouth.

Before, Calle wasn't able to see how small Edric was able to condense the mana blast in his mouth, but now that Edric gathered the mana outside of his mouth, Calle could finally see that Edric was currently making a mana ball that was the size of a basketball.

And knowing that Edric's mana control was as good as his, Calle could only wonder how much mana was actually contained inside the basketball-sized mana ball.

He didn't know how much mana was there since Calle didn't know how to measure mana, but about 5 seconds had passed after Edric first gathered mana, and comparing to himself where he could compress a basketball-sized mana ball into a ping-pong sized mana ball in just one second, that only means that the amount mana that Edric was currently gathering was definitely not little.

Calle was still curious about what Edric wanted to do with the mana ball and wondered whether it would be another form of mana blast.

However, Edric soon proved him wrong as the moment the mana ball stopped growing, Edric quickly pushed out the mana ball in front of his mouth.

But instead of throwing the whole mana ball forward, what Edric created was actually a mana beam that continuously shot forward towards the slimes.

And when Edric turned his head left or right, the mana beam followed his head's movements as the mana beam quickly obliterated the slimes that it made contact with.

Basically, it was a more accurate imitation of the skill kameha**** that Edric had seen in Calle's memories.

Finally, after a few shakes of his head and a few turns of his body, Edric was able to defeat all 4 groups of slimes in only a few seconds with a single ability.
