The Plan II.

Priyanka looked at the man sitting in front of her. She was surprised by the question. This was not the type of question, he should be asking a girl who hates him.

"Please, do not say no to me, dear," He said, standing up from his seat. She chuckled as he walked to her. Was this a dream?

Priyanka quickly frowned. She did not want him to see the smile on her face "why will you want to go on a date with me? You told me not to expect anything from you. Why do you charge your mind now?

He took a deep breath and nodded "I understand your anger. I'm not surprised, in fact, I was expecting it."

She could not stop herself from smiling. He was much better with words than she thought.

Priyanka bit her lower lips as she stared at his broad and hard shoulders. Why will a man be this handsome? Damn and double damn, he was tempting.

"Please say yes. Your silence is killing me" Karan whispered, while she shrugged her shoulders enjoying every bit of it.

"What time is it?" She asked. Priyanka looked at Krishna. He was tired of waiting for them. She had no choice but to decide in a hurry. The last time they met he did not care to look at her face but now, he was lost in it.

"I will pick you up at 6:00 PM" A slow, cute, and seductive smile graced his face and it made her anticipate more.

"Will you pick me at home?" She crossed her arm and hugged her stomach. This was a dream and soon someone was going to wake her from it.

"No. Wait for me at the dancing housing. It will be easier" He turned around and faced Krishna, who was glancing through the magazine on his lap. He smiled at Karan when he noticed that he was staring at him. ", Let's go I will drop him at home."

Was he going to do that? Priyanka wondered why he became caring all of sudden? This was the wrong Karan. But who was this new man? He was slowly stealing his way into her innocent heart.

"We will be going to Zara's house," She informed, with no interest in following him. Priyanka just remembered that she had no dinner gown to wear to the date. There was no money for such wears and she did not bother nor pay attention to them. They were not her necessaries. Now, she wished she would have bought at least one for an emergency.

"I will drop you there. Krishna is looking tired" Karan said, picking up his keys at the table "shall we?" He pointed to the door and they began to leave the office.

At the reception, Priyanka made sure that the nurse who looked down on her, a few minutes ago saw her walking closed to Karan. He didn't say anything funny but she found herself laughing aloud. Krishna shook his head, wondering if she was crazy after visiting a good hospital. It would be better if she was checked by a psychiatrist because there were none in the slums.

"Will you be coming back, sir?" The blonde woman at the counter asked in a seductive voice. Her mouth hung open as if she wanted to taste his neck.

Priyanka shook her head at the behavior she has just seen. The worker has forgotten her place. There were office rules such as no dating between co-workers, she wondered if it was not applied here.

"No, I won't come back here. My brother will come later and pick up my bag" he gave her the perfect response. His eyes were fixed on the phone in his hands. Priyanka gave the nurse a mocking smile before they leave.

She could swear that the woman's smiling face changed into a frown. She was angry that the boss disappointed her. What a painful day for a nurse!

As they walked on the corridors of the hospital, different people approached and greeted him. There was a crowd waiting for him outside. The security guards came and help them shuffle their way into the car.

Krishana was still in shock as they entered the car. He did not expect people to gather around them like that. Due to his poor health, He began to panic.

"I will get an inhaler for him," Karan said, opening the door of his car, but she stopped him. How on Earth was he going to pass through the crowd to get to his office? There was absolutely no way.

"We have an inhaler here" she removed it from the front pocket of Krish's pants and help him to use it. After swallowing the air, he took a deep breath and exhaled. Priyanka's hands were trembling. Her brother's health condition scared her. She was not ready to lose another member of her family. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she stared at him "You will be fine, my love."

He nodded and she kissed him.

"That was a bad experience, Krishna" Karan closed the door. He started the car and drove out of the parking lot ", You scared us to death."

Priyanka was surprised by what he said. Was he scared? Did he love Krishna that much? Did he care for her innocent brother?

Ever since poor Krishna was born, they moved from one clinic to another. They try to treat the hole at an early stage but some of the doctors said it will heal as time goes on. Later, they began to say the hole was too large and can be only be filled up through surgery.

She knew that her mother had tried her best to make the surgery happen, but it did not work. Being born into a poor family, things were not easy for her. Life has been unfair. It mocked her right in the face. The difficult situation laughed at her, knowing that she would not make it out.

Karan looked at them as they neared the middle-class area. He was different from the man that came to her house a few days ago. Who was he? Why did he appear in her life all of a sudden?

**

They drove in silence passing through the untarred streets. She knew that they were in the slums because of the way, the car danced with them. Priyanka felt nausea.

She was not used to the nice smell of these expensive cars. He took good care of it, even though he had another one.

It was different from the car, he brought to the dancing house. She wondered which one he would bring tonight.

"I will take you home since Krishna is not feeling strong. He needs to rest" Karan said, taking the route to her house.

"Fine" Priyanka said. They were quietly sitting behind. Krishana was exhausted or else he would have blurted a lot out of excitement. The doctor has become his favorite friend. He did not have any friends because he was restricted from many activities that could cause damage to his health.

The kids in the slums loved playing rough and dangerous games so Krishna had no choice but to avoid them.

A few minutes later, the car skipped to a halt in front of her house. Quickly, she came down and helped her brother too. He was weak.

"Thank you so much." Priyanka walked to the right window and said. Karan flashed a smile, reminding her of the evening.

"I will be expecting you there. My regards to your mom" He said, turning the wheels to the right. She took a step back and watched him leave.

Why did she hate seeing him leave?

"Are we going to stand here forever?" Her brother's voice startled her. Of course not!. They were going to enter the house. He has to rest while she prepares for the evening.

"How earth will I get a dress?!"
