Let's Help Each Other Out, Shall We?

Adam was going to spend the rest of his miserable life working too low on the totem pole of his own family's company because everyone else thought he was useless now. They weren't wrong either.

He felt like he couldn't do anything anymore. Hiking…running…rock climbing…swimming…bike riding. Literally everything he enjoyed doing was impossible with this worthless prosthetic leg getting in the way.

He really should have just died in that accident. No one would have cared and he would have been better off.

Adam hated inspection days. He was the regional manager now so he had to keep up with all of the profits and so on happening with any franchises in the Tri-State area. That included making sure they were following regulations.

Going over the numbers from a distance and submitting reports wasn't the problem. Making sure that things on paper matched up with things in person was.
