What was worse than death itself? Well it was dying knowing that no one would miss you, knowing that your death was a favour to everyone you ever knew.

This was exactly how I felt the day I died.

I was the love child of the Eclipse Alpha King, in a time where the mate bond was considered sacred, a child born out of wedlock was nothing short of sacrilegious...

Omega's Rebirth

Lord Mycroft strode down the hall, his brows furrowed slightly. "She did not leave any instructions? Or mention the reason for her unannounced arrival?" He asked his younger son, Damien who accompanied him.

Damien shook his head to indicate there was no such thing. "No, Her Grace did not indicate. Lord Xenon's message only relayed that they would arrive at the landing platform within the hour."

"This... their sudden arrival begs concern. This could be about the Fae and the werewolf invaders, have the Scabbard Dragons on standby, we may be called to battle." Lord Mycroft said. "And where is Dante and Elle?" He added an afterthought.

"A few of the recently healed have had trouble readjusting after release from the infected zone. Estelle has been helping with that, she is out in the city with Dante. I have already sent a message and they will be heading back as we speak." Dante replied.
