Chase's eyeballs shook as he stared back at those glowy red eyes that belong to the pregnant vampire.

He tried to open his mouth and speak but no word came out of it, his lips trembled, not in fear, he was just stunned, trying to process the fact that he is staring into the vampire's eyes.

" A-are you okay?" He asked the first question and trembled forward, raising his hand to place it carefully on the vampire's chained hand.

He was surprised when he noticed how the glowy red-eyed vampire did not move or react at all, the pregnant man kept staring at him without blinking just like before which is why the doctor decided to come closer and gently ask again " How are you feeling? Do you feel any pain?"

Chase is so worried right now. The guy is not reaponding in any way.
