Looking at the two of them with an expressionless face, his eyes narrowed with apparent confusion.

"Where is the rest of your group? Should there not be two others? If I remember correctly, your groupmates were Arvell Silvanus and Princess Lillianna Elantyra."

Julius recognized the man as Professor Castaneda.

While they had no classes with him, they knew his name from around campus.

Marisa and Julius exchanged glances before they gave a rough summary of the events that had happened.

Professor Castaneda looked at them with a neutral gaze and calmly listened to their tale.

He didn't even bat an eye when they mentioned the princess had fallen into the abyss behind them. 

Something that Julius didn't overlook.

However, while he was confused, he didn't ask the professor any questions. 

Despite this, Julius felt uneasy about Professor Castaneda's actions.

Something about this didn't sit right with him.
