Julius didn't need to think to know how deeply he'd place himself in the soup pot with Zane. His older sibling's behavior told him everything. A warning should've been issued. SOS, red alert prior to the elder sibling getting there.
Julius knew, yet chose to remain silent. Stuck between a rock and hard place when it came to his father and brother. One answer to please one which would result in upsetting the other and vice versa. What else could be done beyond what he already tried to do?
The two hot heads left to collect themselves or so they said. Julius knew better than Nathan though that only maybe one of them would be returning. If one did, it wouldn't be the one that the old business partner hoped to speak with.
"If you knew that some sort of feud would ensue between the two of them, you should've said something." Nathan sat sideways in the chair while the younger son kept eating as though the table hadn't exploded only moments ago.
