One Word

Arabella's POV

It felt like I had lost my ability to speak as I looked at Bianca, she still looked so beautiful, and the way she carried herself with poise and grace made her look so elegant. She came from a wealthy family, and I am sure she married someone like her. The rich would always end up together since they had the same circle.

I know her parents were very down-to-earth, and they never made me feel I was an outcast the moment Ty introduced me to them years ago, and I felt so glad they were not like those strict rich people I saw in movies and read in books. I know Bianca and her brother were both grounded, and it was a privilege to know them.

I should never allow myself to fall in love with Ty, but it would be too late for me now to have regrets; everything happened, and there is nothing I can do to change the past. I wondered what was wrong with Bianca's child and that she needed to hire a registered nurse to look after her daughter.
