"ugh," Alex opened his eyes to a bunch of notifications. 

DING

"your consciousness has entered a separate dimension."

"all your stats have been locked."

"your level has been locked." 

"for the duration of your stay in this dimension, you can't contact the outside world."

There were at least a dozen notifications, but Alex ignored most of them and focused on the first and most important ones.

"a separate dimension??" Alex was baffled; he had heard from Nano that there was more than one world and dimension, but he didn't expect to enter one so soon.

At first, he thought maybe he was dreaming and was still under the cur….

"the curse, Asue, what happened to her?" Alex shot out of his bed and exited the room. 

The door opened to a long semicircle hall with nine other doors. 

The walls were made of stone, and between each door, there was a large window.
