THE ARGUMENT

"Grandfather, what brings you here?"

Elder Yoshida turned around and faced Alex. Instantly his eyes flared in anger.

"You remember you have a grandfather now? Would it kill you to visit me at least once a month? You even forgot to contact me!"

Despite his age, he roared like a lion. If it wasn't Alex and someone else, they would go weak on their knees.

Unaffected by the elder's scolding, Alex sat on a chair and said, "Grandfather, please have a seat. It's not good for you to stand so long."

"Hmph! You don't have to act like you care." Although Elder Yoshida said so, he still sat on a chair.

"I heard you brought a girl home," he mentioned. "You are even living with her. To have a woman in a place where three men live… preposterous!"

"Why have you been spying on me, grandfather?" Alex asked.

"What else should I do if my grandchild suddenly stopped contacting me?" Elder Yoshida complained.

Alex replied, "I've been busy."
