Save That Dungeon!

Yren stepped forward into the circular area, and he could hear sounds from above. He brought the great sword down to his side and walked forward.


As he did, Yren raised his free arm to his eyes, and the next moment a massive creature with a greatsword smashed down to the ground. It was a massive undead minotaur, not something Yren was hoping to find.


Level six monster with high resistance and damage but lowered speed. Yren knew a bunch of things about this monster, but that was all practical knowledge.


Seeing the monster in person, who was fifteen feet tall with a giant sword, was much different from reading about it. Yren gripped his sword and sucked in a deep breath.


"Devin, you?" The massive creature asked back in a flat voice.


"Yren. Looks like we have to fight here, so I will give it everything I got. Don't hold back on me, Devin!" Yren said with a smile, and the massive creature looked at me strangely.
