"You have turned out to be a fine young man, no thanks to me. Speaking of that, you should stop by and say hello to the Belltorns. I also heard that you helped Sig out, but the rest of the story is a bit unclear," Tybrus said, thumbing his chin, and Yren punched his father in the shoulder.
"That's right! You told Sig about the monsters, didn't you! If you hadn't just given me that money, I would be beating your ass for this! As if you talked to him about this before me! Your own damn son, you confounded old fart!" Yren growled, and Tybrus laughed.
"Come on now! You can talk to them, so there was no real need to teach you about them. Sig, on the other hand, needed to learn about them. I didn't want things to be like it was with his father. That boy is too good of a friend to you, so I might have left some hints here and there while we worked," Tybrus explained, and Yren sighed but smiled at his father brightly.
