Yren took hold of Inna, then he stepped them to a small oasis near the south Athuan mountain range in the lower region of Autha. He was excited to show her this place since Mellinia had shown it to him, and now he was here with Inna.
The ring was in his pocket, but there was time before that needed to come out. Yren wanted to walk and relax with Inna first; there was no rush for this thing.
"What do you think of this place?" Yren asked as Inna looked around with big eyes.
The pond at the center was about fifty feet wide with sparking blue water and small purple flowers that dotted the edge. There were five tall palm trees, so not really an ideal place during the day, but the moon reflected perfectly off the surface at night.
"This place is beautiful and so quiet and peaceful," Inna said, leaning into Yren's chest.
"Would you like to go for a walk around the pond?" Yren asked, and Inne nodded.
"Today was hard for you," Inna said as they started to walk, hand in hand.
