"Then take my hand. Do you need to challenge everything that I say or ask of you?" Yren groaned as she took his hand, and he could hear Kylie giggling behind him.

Yren stepped to the base of the first cave that had been marked on Blaine's map. Yren had studied for the last two nights to remember everything on it so he could travel light.

"So, what are we supposed to be doing? We are just going to walk around the dark, cold caves until we find this city?" Healia asked, but it sounded more like a complaint to Yren.

"We are not going to be walking, or it will take forever. You have a pack with glow stones, and there are small heat stones for your gloves and boots as well," Yren explained, and Healia groaned.

"This is the dumbest thing."

"Do you have a better way to find them?"

"No."
