First day [Part - 1]

"Then I will be taking my leave? Take care, Shrina."

Rajiv turned around and disappeared into thin air before the eyes of Chandraka and others as they stood beside her silently, not daring to speak up.

Among them, Chandraka was feeling the most tense.

"Namaste, Shrina, it's been a long time. How have you been?"

"Hm…It's been a long time." A cold voice comes out of her lips, causing him to shiver in fear.

With traumatic memories of his past flashing before his eyes.

Shrina is the only childhood friend of Chandraka and has always been very strict and cool in his memories.

Due to his frequent decline in health and weak body condition, she will always force him to go through extreme training to strengthen his body and will beat him if he doesn't listen to her.

She was also an ace in her studies, but a little behind him.

Later in late primary school, she displayed extraordinary talent and was taken in by a local warrior academy at an early stage, and one day she suddenly got transferred.

Leaving him alone, it was a joyful occasion instead of a sad one at the start, but slowly he started to miss her.

He never thought that he would meet her in such a condition. Chandraka was also worried that she would discover some abnormality in his behavior that didn't match his original character.

At the same time, he can't avoid her and chooses to confront her instead.

After all, Women are more sensitive than men in these matters.

Yet he didn't expect such a cold response. It looks like many things have changed. After all, it's already been ten years since I last met or talked with her.

It was obvious that she was not in the mood to continue talking with his cold eyes on him, clearly stating that she didn't want to talk with him.

"Let's go; we need to get you guys registered as soon as possible before it gets closed for this year."

Saying that a dark mist engulfed them, and the next moment they opened their eyes, their surroundings changed.

They were astonished because they hadn't seen anything like this before; it was a heavenly view before their eyes. Waterfall that flows upstream, and magical dolphins are also swimming with that flow, and the water is crystal clear. The banks of the river are full of greenery, which consists of flowers, insects, and animals that he has never shown before. There are also a number of big banyan trees, and beneath that tree, some mysterious people are meditating with their upper bodies completely naked, to the point where one can see their bones on the other side of the river.

Chandraka, from the opposite side of the river bank, just started pioneering this new world; it was totally a new experience for him.

Turning around to his right, he found a big iron gate with the word "Saptarishi University" written on its arc above it. They have already reached the entrance of the Seventh University among the seven grand universities in the blink of an eye.

Santaka was looking at the grand view of the university, which spread throughout the banks of the river, and looked at Shrina, who was able to bring them here in the blink of an eye.

"The location of the seven grand universities is hidden, not known to the general public, and is a top Military secret of the state to provide a safe atmosphere for students to cultivate and grow. Next, we are going to the registration office, which is part of the administration block, to get you guys registered. Remember, in the future, if you guys need any help related to accommodation or want to leave the academy for a mission, you have to get permission from there."

Everyone nodded to her in response and followed her inside.

The side of the university premises was full of trees on both sides, with clay tiles laid on the ground in a systematic way.

From time to time, they will see empty guard posts.

The distance from the entrance to the administration block was almost three kilometers and took half an hour of walking to reach.

Nilam did ask why Shrina is not using her abilities. In response, she only told her that she could not use it without stating the reason.

Upon reaching the building, they were shocked. It was made using ancient temple architecture with a large inner surface giving a sense of vastness, with a man wearing ancient Bharatian war Armor with a Trisula in his hand and his tranquil eyes looking ahead as he stood tall at the center of the entrance with its description of his achievements.

It was the statue of the first Chakravarti Samrat who graduated from the seven grand universities. Rising during the turmoil of war with Abhirdesh and disunity around the Janapadas. He came from an ordinary farmer family and was raised to the status of great general of Magadha Samrajya. He unified the Bharat Kund, crushed the Assure coming from the northwest and the boundaries of Brahmadesh, and recovered the land of Jambudweep lost to the Assure.

Samrat Sourayaman.

All of them put their hands together, bowed to him in respect, and entered the hall. It was the basic respect they practiced to show their great ancestors.

While entering the hall, there's a feeling of peace, and it's all because of the harmonious silence that spreads in the atmosphere. It was empty, and they moved to the registration desk, where a middle-aged man with wrinkled skin was sitting with his eyes closed.

Observing this, Shrina knocked on the table as she slowly opened her eyes and looked at her with a smile.

"Oh! Look there! who had appeared after such a long time. Are these the new students who are going to join our university?"

"Yes, Anupam Uncle, look, these are the new students. They are already late by one day, so get them registered as fast as possible before the main portal gets locked."

"Ok… ok, don't worry. They have extended to late evening." saying that he put his hand under the table and pushed a button, and a holographic screen appeared and processed them to register them.

After completion, he took back the tokens given to them by their kingdom and gave out a navy-blue uniform with a dark sky-blue lanyard with the Saptarishi constellation drawn upon it and a digital wrist band.

"Don't miss this band. It is your Identification card as well as your access pass to various facilities throughout the university, with a complete map and Location guide embedded into it. Other functions will unlock after you guys find mentors who are willing to take you in."

Saying that Anupam took out the four cards and handed them over.

"These are your room access cards for the student residential area. You four can look it up on the map, and for other information, you can check in with your band. That's it; your registration process is complete. If you encounter any problems, you can come to me. I am here all the time, aside from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Shirina knows better than anybody. Thank you."

Saying goodbye to him. They exited the hall with Shirina, as she also parted with them in the middle. As her graceful figure disappeared before their eyes.

Finally, everyone relaxed a little.

"That was scary. If she had stayed a little longer, I would have collapsed under the invisible pressure of authority exhibited by her," said Jay while taking a deep breath.

"Right, Chandraka. How did you get to know such a hot beauty like Lady Shirna? She is a little scary, but my body cannot help but react upon seeing her figure. I almost thought she would kill me when she looked at me with her eyes," said Santaka.

"She is my childhood friend, but after seeing her reaction, I am not sure whether we are still friends; she has changed a lot since the last time I saw her ten years ago," responded Chandraka.

He also didn't even dream that a tomboy could turn into such a beauty.

"We can discuss her later. Let's go and find out the residence first; we still need to get ready for the first day of our university and start looking for a mentor," said Nilam in a displeased manner.

Most men are the same, like my mother said. 'They just met a beauty and got enchanted by her. It's so irritating,' thought Nilam.

Seeing her displeased expression, the three boys stopped and started looking for their house, but before that, Santaka turned around for the last time, feeling for a moment that someone was looking at him.
