Ten years ago, at a school gymnasium, a senior high school student hurriedly walked down the hallway while pounding her chest. She screamed silently to ease her embarrassment, but she instantly fixed her messy clothes and expression after bumping into her uncle.
"Larissa."
Her uncle's tone was intimidating as usual, but today it was more stifling. It's pretty obvious from her uncle's expression that he is upset.
Her uncle's eyes glinted. "I heard you skipped class and training," he said sternly in a low voice to Larissa.
"I did, uncle." Larissa replied. She was only looking down because she was guilty of missing her classes for stalking and meeting Jerrod. She thought her uncle had the right to get angry at her.
She stayed silent as she clasped on to her skirt while waiting for her uncle to reprimand her.
"Lately, am I being too kind to you?"
