A girl’s day out - III

In between the lecture, Joyce had a glance at the notebooks that she had given to Katarina. Not only was Katarina making notes, she was actually decorating the entire page so well that attracted the attention of the person sitting behind Katarina as well.

Maybe she could ask Katarina to do that to all her notes? In that way, she would find studying a bit more interesting.

By the time the class was over, Katarina looked upset.

"Why do you look upset?" Joyce asked her.

"I was enjoying what he was talking about." She placed her chin over her palm on the table. "When is the next one?"

Joyce closed her mouth that threatened to open at what she said, "There is no next class that you are attending. I have an hour to spare which means you're coming with me around the campus and wherever you want to go. After that, unfortunately, you have to go home."

"Hmm, you told me about that." Katarina handed her the notebook back. "So, where are we going? Can we go to the cafeteria now?"
