The minute they entered the Middle Eastern and African territory, Rooka's pack gave a deep sigh of relief. 


Rooka and Serena didn't return to the bedroom to sleep. They fell asleep on the place they sat down. Serena was still on his lap while his arms were around her. Wayne draped a blanket at them to make sure they were not cold. Whenever Serena would whimper in her sleep, Rooka would automatically rub her neck. 


And all Wayne could do was guard them even if he knew they were safe. 


There were so many questions he wanted to ask, but if Rooka's hold of emotion was too thin, it would cause a massive ripple resulting in Serena having a nervous breakdown.
