Interrogating Cecilia

It was nighttime, and the wind was blowing hard. Days by days in the autumn had passed in a blink of an eye, and slowly winter was approaching. Odette was restless because she was worried about her husband. It was very late, but Rion had not come back.

Earlier, she asked Arlo about where Rion and Trish were. Arlo said both men were away to resolve their works outside the palace, but he didn’t tell her what kind of work they were doing.

The thing she really regretted right now was, she couldn’t call Rion to ask where the man was right now.

It was so annoying.

She hoped the work Rion was doing right now wasn’t physically involved, which meant that Rion didn’t have to fight. The man didn’t take care of his own body.

Odette sat down in the chair in front of her desk, and her mind began to wander around. She wondered, did Rion have a relapse right now, and Trish tried to deal with it all alone?

Elsewhere, inside a building, Rion and Trish were playing with Cecilia.
