Trish Is Dying

After a commotion that lasted about ten minutes, the living room of the Marlen Residence was quiet again, even more so than before.

Blood and corpses filled the room floor. Broken furniture was scattered everywhere. The sight was really horrendous to anyone who saw it.

When the wind blew, the smell of blood pooled on the floor could be smelled, although it was faint.

Tap, tap, tap…

The sound of Ryan’s footsteps echoed through the silence of the room. He walked towards Trish who was lying in a pool of his own blood.

“You’re amazing, Knight Trish,” Ryan said as he stood over Trish. For five seconds, he was silent while staring at Trish’s face, who closed his eyes tightly before he looked at the four corpses of the assassins Pavel Adhelard had paid to help him.

Ryan knew that there would be casualties in fighting Trish. Instead of sacrificing the Adhelard Knights, he would rather sacrifice them.
