Archer was surprised to read that letter, he had said that he wanted to marry Nian?

He wanted to be able to sink into his thoughts but the sound of a small stone hitting his window brought him back to reality.

He hurriedly opened the door to the terrace of his room only to see Nian there shaking, sweating, and pale as death. Fortunately, his room was on the ground floor because as soon as Archer saw him like that with terror on his face he jumped out of his room to take him in his arms without asking him anything, he carried Nian and took him inside without looking if someone saw them.

Nian was trembling terrified like a jelly but as soon as his eyes focused on Archer's worried face all his fear slowly disappear, Nian wanted to go to him but his body didn't respond, he couldn't move a single muscle, fortunately, Archer notice that and in a blink of an eye he approached him and was finally able to be in his arms.

All the terror Nian had felt was completely forgotten when Archer hugged him and surrounded him with his raspberry aroma. The young omega let out a sigh while he hugged his alpha tightly, he squeeze his hands on his mate's back and slowly let out his scent of peppermint which started to combine with his mate's smell.

Inside his room, Archer walked directly to his bed where he left Nian gently.

"What happened?" he asks in a soft tone, separating just a little to see his face.

Archer was worried to death to see his omega so pale, he released more of his scent to envelop the opposite noticing how he began to recover the color of his face, and his cheeks were tinted with a soft blush.

«Fuck... He's so cute» he thought looking at Nian's cute expression

Archer couldn't control himself seeing Nian so vulnerable in his arms, he didn't wait for his answer and approached his face to leave a small kiss on those soft pink lips that drove him crazy.

After a few seconds, he leave his lips but Nian squeeze his hands on his clothes, he still wanted to stay close to his body, as if he was afraid that his mate was going to disappear at some point.

"Archer… c-can I… stay here tonight?"

When Archer heard that question leave his lips in that sweet tone, his heart began to lose control, how the HELL could he ask something like that? Was Nian aware that asking him that kind of thing could be very dangerous? He hadn't marked him yet because Nian ran away that night but there was no doubt that he was his destined mate and if he kept him close all night he might want to do something else...

Archer sighed a little frustrated, he didn't know if he could control his inner wolf so he was about to reject him but seeing the other's body trembling again and those eyes begging him to say yes... Archer couldn't deny his petition.

He knew something had happened to Nian and he was going to protect him.

"Of course, you can, Did you have dinner?"

Nian really thought that Archer would refuse to let him stay in his house but he didn't lose anything from asking... The surprise showed up in his eyes when he heard his answer, all the tension he kept in his body was released and he hugged the opposite, approaching him to kiss his lips again and again.

Archer tries to correspond to every kiss of the other feeling something waking up thanks to the minor's actions.

"Not really but I'm fin…"

Nian was answering in each kiss until the growl of his stomach stopped Nian from speaking and full of embarrassment he just hid his face in the torso of the alpha while the opposite laughed a little.

"Jajajaja ... Very well I understand, I will order something, but you have to take a bath"

Nian looked at his clothes that were really dirty when he scape from home maybe he fell on the ground but he didn't remember anything at all since his only thought was to arrive at Archer's house.

Archer got up from his bed with the minor in his arms, he took him to the bathroom and helped him fill the tub with hot water, he leave Nian for some seconds to search among his old things for something that Nian could change into and after he found it he comes back with a towel and a long nightgown, it was one he used when he was a teenager but it was almost the perfect size for Nian.

After Archer gives him everything and pats his head before he leaves the room, letting Nian has some privacy to clean his body.

Archer left his room calling a maid who passed by the corridor to ask her for some food, he orders everything he could remember that Nian likes to eat although he didn't know why he perfectly remembered every food, drink, and dessert that the minor eat. Maybe because the omega always buys the same food in the cafeteria and in the city center he always went to the same store to order the same desserts.

After ordering that "light" night snack, he changed his clothes for his pajama, a white pants cotton, and a loose blouse; he sat on the bed waiting for Nian to finish his bat, in that silence Archer remembered his father's letter and looked for it to put it in one of his drawers, he still couldn't believe that he was really in love with Nian since he was a child but if it was true...

When had his feelings changed?

He thought for a long time about why he started to hate Nian and bully him until the sound of the door opening brought him back to his sense. He quickly looked at the entrance to his room but it was still closed, he directed his sight to the bathroom because it was the only door that could be open and he saw him there again with that beautiful intense red hair and those enigmatic purple eyes. He didn't know why he hide his real appearance but even with brown hair and black eyes, Nian was still as beautiful as always.

Archer stood up without a word and walked over to him until he grab his hips and pull him nearly to his body.

"You look like a little cute robin"

"D-Don't lie"

Archer leaned against him and placed a kiss on one of his cheeks hiding his face in his neck, now that he agreed to sleep in the same room he didn't know if he could resist not touching him.

The sound of his door took them out of their intimate moment, Nian was ready to go to the bathroom and hide there but Archer picked him up and settled him on the bed.

"A-Archer…wait"

"Shhh be quiet and lie down"

Archer left a kiss on Nian's forehead and went to open the door letting the girl enter with two more employees, they leave everything he had ordered on the table he had near the bed. Archer knew they could have seen Nian, but no one would say anything, first, because no one could recognize him with his hair like that, and in addition, he took a bag of gold coins and gave them five to each one.

"You can now, and I hope it is clear that this dinner never existed" He explained that as a warning keeping his serious face.

Archer gave another five coins to the maid from whom he asked for the food to replace the ingredients they had used that night and without further ado he let them go.

"A-are you sure it's okay? They saw me"

"It's okay, after all, I am the successor of this house"

"B-but.."

Archer took one of the plates to carry it to the opposite, placing a tray in front of him where he put that plate with pancakes next to a glass of strawberry juice.

"Don't worry about that, and just eat"

"Won't you eat with me?"

Archer looked at the minor with surprise on his face, he didn't expect that invitation from the minor but he did not waste time and lay down next to him although he soon ended up behind Nian, hugging him and leaving his chin on one of his shoulders.

"If you feed me I will do it with pleasure"

He whispered that in his eat letting his hair touches his cheek slightly making Nian's skin flinch at his touch. Archer was the only alpha that leave his hair a little longer than the rest of his brothers but not as long as Jaden. He only let it grows slightly below his eyes.

Nian cut a piece of the pancakes and offered it to Archer who ate it with satisfaction, after giving it to his partner Nian also ate a piece of pancake but he put more jam and honey on it before he ate it.

They keep it eating like that until they finished, and after that dessert, Archer brought some meat and soup to the minor, and despite Nian's refusal to eat more, he ended up eating everything without leaving a single crumb.

"Will you tell me what happened, now?"

After finishing eating Archer leave the dishes on the table and tried to know what had happened to his mate. He saw Nian tremble at the mention of the past so he just walked over to him and hugged him lying under the covers with him.

"Nian…fuck I'm worried... Please tell me"

"I-I just…I don't want to return to my house..."

"What? Did you run away?"

Nian nodded a little getting closer to him to hug him, Archer swallowed a little saliva when he felt his mate's warm hands on his back.

«Ah… this brat is doing it on purpose»

Archer thought that for a moment leaving a caress in his hair, although he didn't like invading other people's minds he needed to know what had happened to his partner.

Firstly, he had to distract Nian so that he wouldn't block him from seeing his thoughts, Archer had an idea, he approached his face to kiss his lips, but this time the kiss was hungry, he slid his tongue inside his mouth and one of his hands squeeze one of his thighs, at first, he felt a slight tremor in Nian but after a few seconds he relaxed and let him touch his body.

He was trying to read his mind but Nian still wasn't distracted enough. Archer let go of his lips and lowered until he was between his mate's legs, Nian exploded in embarrassment seeing him there and tried to stop him but it was too late.

Archer ran his tongue over his member outlining that small piece of flesh with his wet tongue, leaving a kiss on the tip watching his mate squirm beneath him in pleasure.

A satisfied smile settled on his lips seeing Nian enjoying his actions, he never thought it would feel more pleasant seeing him like this than suffering from pain.

His mind finally let him pass but he saw Nian complaining about that intrusion, without giving him time to discover he was reading his memories he put his member in a single movement into his mouth and began to suck it moving his head up and down in a slow and tortuous way.

Nian let his mind wander and didn't realize that Archer was searching through his mind the event of a few hours ago when his stepfather entered his room. Archer didn't understand why that made Nian so pale and tense so he explored more, managing to see some images of Nian when he was about to forcibly lose his virginity to his stepfather.

With the answer in his mind, Archer quickly left his mind and concentrated on what he was doing, sucking his member a little faster than before until he felt a soft liquid in his mouth, without any problem he swallowed it and slowly separated from the minor looking at him with a strange intensity in his eyes.

Archer wanted to do more to Nian and seeing him gasping with his red cheeks from what he had just done to him was not helping, but he also was containing his anger, the one that was growing in his heart...

He knew that at some point that anger would explode and he might even kill the leader of the Waterlife pack or her husband for daring to touch HIS Nian but for now he was paying attention to his mate, Nian was more important in those moments.

Archer was never going to let Nian go to that house and he wanted to protect him... He thought of a lot of possible options but there was only one way to prevent someone else from touching his partner again... and what a better way than biting him? Linked their bodies forever...
