An Siberian Berserker-7

At first, David was not sure whether or not this road will lead him to Ghar. If he was indeed right, then as far as he could remember the village should be just beyond those hills. And sure enough, as he crossed the hills, he saw the shadows of the village in the distance.

As he saw the village, David got a little bit confused. He didn't know why the hell was he even brought here in the first place. Did that soldier wanted to kill him? If he indeed wanted to kill him, then why didn't he do so in the carriage itself? Like what is the point of going so far from the city. All he needed to do was get to this lonely road, kill him, and then bury him anywhere around the lonely road. No one comes here anyway. And no one could have found his body in the first place.

Also, the real question was, why he was in such a hurry in the first place? It didn't make sense to him…
