A Must Bond

The girl had arranged her bed, closed her window, looked around to see if everything was in place as she just moved in with her family. A small smile covered her lips and she went to switch off the lights before going to bed.

She warmly tucked herself into her bedsheet and stared into space believing she'd fall asleep soon.

Slowly, she heard that cracking sound so she lifted her gaze at the wall across from her to see the shadow of something different, huge and scary. She was so afraid to look behind her that was why she stiffened herself in bed as she expected something unfortunate to occur.

He was a young man and knew who he was and had a long memory but seeing something about a girl being in trouble was weird to him.
