A nice man

Kathryn looked down at herself and then at Mona. "People's impression of you comes from your appearance and that's the way you dress," Mona explained.

"But Kenny gave me this to wear, he said I won't feel too hot if I wear this," Kathryn said.

Mona's jaw clenched so she looked at the kitchen again to see Kenny smiling at her childishly. "Do you feel that hot?"

"Sometimes, I can't even breathe and Kenny has to take me back to the water. He had told me many times not to come on Land but...I just... maybe...I can find my father, that's why I come all the time." Kath said.

"Your father?" Mona had her eyebrows creased and Kath nodded. "Why?"

"Well, it's a long story."

"You too."

"Huh?"

"That's the same thing Kenny said, why can't you tell me?"

"Oh, I will tell you."

"That's what friends do," Mona smiled and opened her eyes to hear a story.
