A Must Bond

"Lucas," her taming voice called him so he halted but didn't look behind him. "Are you that angry with me? I didn't want to kiss him."

"I should ask if you are seducing me," he faced her. "I shouldn't touch you, Kathryn, I'm married and you have a boyfriend."

"Now..." He looked into her eyes, "okay? Put on your shirt and close the door. I was about to leave when you showed up." He turned around and left her sight.

Why was he so upset with her? Now that he mentioned their separate relationship, she hated everything. She was almost naked and he ignored that and left.

"But you did," she heard his voice from outside so she stayed mute and closed the shop with him for the day.
